I would give this a zero if I could. I needed to refile tax return from a mistake they made last year and they refused to help and would not admit they made a mistake. The Madison Office is filthy, stuff falling off the ceiling, and smelled musty. The worker was dressed like a clown and not knowledgeable in tax preparation. Very unprofessional setting. Go somewhere else!!
Update 06/11/2025: went to a professional tax company who refilled for me and instead of owing 9k like H&R claimed I owed I got a 4k return. Hmmm

My.advisvor was extremely efficient (1day turnaround) while emphasizing effectiveness (went back years to identify carryover credit. Also provided strategy for minimizing taxes owed on 2033 rue to RMD. Very satisfied!

If I could give no stars I would. They do what they want. Don't explain anything messed up my girlfriends taxes going rogue. Definitely not going again. Supervisor was the best out of everyone I had to deal with.
