We brought our car in for a wheel alignment, the car was returned to us with the alignment needing to be completely redone and the tie rods needed to be replaced -- how they failed to communicate this is baffling. Had to have the same service done two days later - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people don't know what they are doing.Service: Wheel alignment

I wish I could base the review off of actual service by the mechanic, but unfortunately I've tried contacting this place multiple times over about a year with a few various issues, and can't seem to even get past the lady that answers the phone. It's always massively rude, arrogant, impatient responses and rude answers acting like other people are stupid. I work on my own vehicles for the most part for this exact reason. Shops like this destroy business for other mechanics by always acting so rude as if other people are stupid over simple things, without even letting the person explain their points. You get cut off trying to explain something about your vehicle, and don't get your real problem resolved because you never get to fully explain what's actually going on. Really need someone new to answer the phones instead of some sarcastic rude arrogant impatient person.

I first went to this place to get a wheel alignment (Madison, Ohio on Route 20) and I thought he may have done a good job UNTIL I have bought expensive low profile tires for my vehicle. after 6 months of driving this vehicle I noticed that the inside tires were wearing really bad. I thought it may have been the tires and bought a more expensive brand of tires and had them mounted and balanced professionally. These new tires were the same bad wear. I just had a professional mechanic put this expensive vehicle on a lift and find out why and document this wear on paper for legal action. THIS mechanic brought me into his shop and literally showed me the tow in of the front, driver's side tire. The mechanic said "I could have eyed this better then whomever did this. This is really bad. This is the reason why you had a bad lower ball joint." I would go somewhere else before bringing any vehicle to this moron.

This was the only shop in the area that had time to get to me same day which is why I went here instead of my usual repair shop..I came in with engine issues, mechanic could not figure out the immediate problem so my service lights were reset, this was done on monday. My light is back on, its now Friday.Now I can no longer open my hood, the latch does not function and the hood is stuck closed. My attempts to reach them by phone for the last 3 days have failed. This issue would not generally be dire, but I have recently been having some issues with low power steering fluid and must add fluid.The lady at the desk was very polite though. Gave me a chair to sit on outside as I waited. Their waiting room is closed due to covid safety. I called up on the following Monday. They had me come right in, and they fixed the issue with my hood at no charge. Was back on my way within the hour. This would have been a 5 star review had it not been difficult to get ahold of them.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I never post reviews but found it helpful when looking for an auto shop in an unfamiliar place. Jeff was friendly, professional, and very quick! He provided me with updates immediately and was fair with price/labor!! Diane was also wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend their services!

Ive had multiple encounters with Jeff and Diane. I started taking my car there in 2015 when i bought it. They did front end work for me. Set me back $500+ every time i went. Every two months after i got the front end work done, i was having to go back and get the parts "tightened" up. Never once said anything about the parts going bad on me. I just took my car up again to get an alignment, as i got all new tires and it the car wanted to go to the right a little harder than normal. Jeff said he set the steering wheel in straight, but it was still going to the right. He came back and switched the front tires around. When he took the car on another drive, it was now going left. So much so he had to counteract the left by holding the steering wheel right while driving to go straight. Which is how he left the vehicle for me to drive. I took my dad up to the shop with me after diane had major attitude problems with me on the phone. When we got there, diane was throwing my paperwork at me, threw my card back at me, and tried to take the paperwork that was done away from me. I asked for it back and she tried to say she lost it (it was the only white paper in front of her). On the paper, they wrote the rear camber was unadjustable.. Jeff had told my dad and i that he adjusted the rear free of charge for our convience, and that the alignment was done. Ive never been treated so badly by any company i have ever worked with. I dont know if they were fighting outside of the company, but to treat a young woman and her father who are asking serious questions about the vehicle. Asking if its still safe to drive how it is. What if i didnt have my dad with me? They would have belittled me to the point i would have refused to pay. Please do not go to Jeffs automotive. They will have you paying for parts and labor that he is going to redo in two months anyway. Take your business and money somewhere that appreciates you!
