Place an online order for curbside pick up, call the number three hours later when I’m in the area to a very rude person that seemed to have no idea about curbside pick up. I called the number that specifically stated curbside pick up on the website, this was at 6 PM on July 26. So whoever was working that night, the guy who picked up the phone was very rude and seemed bothered by a service that is offered. I will say that the store is nice and seems well put together, but there’s not much other incentive to come and shop here. Much less place and online order for convenience. Just don’t offer the service.

Decent store if you dont want to drive to mentor to get odds and ends for weekend projects though their prices reflect that.

Whiny cashier he decided to throw a fit and act rude for an old man in front of me for not knowing his ace reward phone number. Then when I went up he decided to throw another fit over a price check for an item they didn’t have a price tag for. When I called him out for being rude he tried to act like nothing happened. Poor excuse for a worker and manager brushed off his conduct too make me wonder how many people he got away with acting rude for until he’s finally called out. Get over yourself everyone has to work you sally.
