Not from the area, but both times I’ve been to this location in a few months, the FOOD was amazing. Fried food was actually fried everything was hot, and it was made exactly as it should be. Thank you!

Went through the drive through tonight and was assisted by David. He was so kind and patient when it came to checking ingredients for a specific allergy of mine. It is not often to come across humans who are so considerate. My Ghirardelli Frozen Hot Chocolate was AMAZING and much needed after a 12 hour shift. Sheetz, you guys have a great employee on your team. Please give him props!! 🧋🧡
Will definitely be coming back to this location again!

I wish I got the kind lady's name but I was in a rush to travel. She had a lot of large orders to fill and apologized for the wait but was very kind and I felt appropriate amount of time and was no not troubled at all. What a wonderful staff and as always wonderful customer service! If I have to drive through this location again, I will so gladly.

Sheetz has always been my go to.
Made to order food, clean, fast.
But today was exceptional and needs to be relayed to whoever in management.
They didn’t have milk in the coffee section, the employee (Bryan) I think, went and got milk, comped the coffee and told me to have a nice day and sorry about the inconvenience.
The manager and I had a great conversation while getting the coffee and the entire staff was super friendly and efficient.
Stuff like this renews hope in customer service.

So I went to get the cheesecake shake with the discount for the cheesecake day and the transaction ended up not working. So I asked a worker to come help me with it. I showed them the discount I had and the old hag was very rude to me and told me I should have done it right the first time. I'm making this complaint because I hope she gets fired for how she treated me

Nice place, but I shouldn't have to download an app in order to see a menu of their food. They have tv screens, why not show a menu.

10 am, What happened to service these days? The past few times I was there the window wash was either not changed or gone. Remove them if your not going to provide that service!
