Rented from them for years and didn't have any issues. They were able to come and fix any issues we had no questions asked. Made it easy to find a place to live that had plenty of room to be comfortable with great and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to live in the North Madison area.

It's never easy moving to a new town. Western Reserve Properties helped make that move so much easier by showing me multiple apartments that had the space I needed, the location I was looking for, and all for an affordable price. I was able to pick a place that fit my needs. I highly recommend them if you are looking in the North Madison area!

Wondering how to get into contact with the actual owner. I know Mr. Craft used to take very good care of each of his dwellings. I have been dealing with multiple issues for over a month now. I don't think he is getting the full story about the issues in many of his places.
