Phillips ResMed Dreamwear "photos" in grayscale are poor by modern online shopping standards. Difficult to differentiate between the part(s) being quoted and associated part(s) not being quoted but included in photos to demonstrate connectivity. How about a left margin checklist to simplify the Dreamwear page view of 23 offerings (including FIT PACKS, KITS and SYSTEMS) for ease of visualizing replacement part offerings only. Your business is lucrative. You can afford to do this.

I purchased a CPAP machine and supplies from this company. I was not aware of their return policy of 5%.( This is hidden in a link at the bottom of the portal)When contacting customer service To explain the Insurance company was not approving this and I needed to return it .They were no help and would not budge on this fee, buyers beware. There is a restocking fee this company charges of 5%

I am very displeased with this company. They will not accept returns if the package has been opened. The product was not what I wanted. But had to open it to check. I just wasted $97.00 dollars for a product I cannot use. ?
