You come to a store like this for the stuff they sell not the people. Just bought a new battery for my car. Yay the day already starts off great. I walk in and get to the point, I need a battery and the we go for the cheapest with a one year warranty. Easy as pie right? Couldn’t find the battery, no worries. Wait for an extra 10 minutes,that’s fine. But what really got under my skin is that he charged me got a core… I was changing it in their parking lot. I should have just not bought the battery. I should have just had them do the free test and insulation. I wasn’t even offered that. It should have been the first thing the guy should have asked.

Terrible customer service. Workers will tell you they don’t have stuff in stock just so they don’t have to do their jobs.

Bad customer service. Didn’t even try to look for a part when he thought they may not have it. I said “can you at least look?”. He said “Nope”
Update: I decided to look up the part on their website and they do have it. Just bought it at AutoZone instead. Won’t go back to Advance ever again, that’s for sure

Staff very helpful and friendly. You know, you hear, that's what they get paid for, you just don't get it anywhere tho. Not all places are helpful anymore. I was helped by a lady manager, on one of the coldest days, was so kind as she changed my battery. Stayed kind the whole time.

I have had nothing but great service from here, my orders are always quickly done and ready for pickup and I would be notified and given the option if an item I had placed was out of stock, to either have it refunded or substitute it.

Online ordering is not user friendly, but very cost effective. Store staff very friendly and helpful, but also had issues with the computer systems. IT needs to get it together!

Went in 2x in one day, great customer service. Alex who helped me both times was patient and super helpful. Went out of his way to help with the battery the second time. Overall great experience.

Today I went in not knowing what exactly I was going to need to get my car back to running correctly. The female that helped me was named Lisa and I really was blessed to have her to help me install and walked me through all the things that could go wrong. I followed her ideas and judgement on the situation. This was THE best experience I’ve ever had at any automotive store. Thanks girl keep up the great work.
