I had a soda can explode all over the inside. Even in my vents. The soda got all over my dash, My buttons and knobs were sticky. Not to mention my floorboards looked awful. Not just from the soda,but from having two kids.
Duffys made my car look and smell brand new I am very pleased with their work. They communicated with me before making my appointment, during my appointment and even asked how everything was the next day. They truly care about the work they do. I highly recommend them.”

“A good place to get an automated car wash. They seem to be around par with the other automated car washes with the big exception of included vacuum services and cloths with sprays to clean the interior.
If all your looking for is an exterior wash, they do a good job. There are lots of options with the top of the line service providing waxes and wheel shine. It's a quick in and out wash. They don't pre wash or spray the exterior like Mike's car wash.
If you want to vacuum and wipe down the interior, the added benefits of the vacuum services and cloths are well worth the cost of the wash.”

“This review is for people who have anxiety about going to new places like I do!! Went there today for the first time 10/10 experience! First you pull in to the entrance and make your selection on which wash you want. Then enter either cash or card, they take both. Then wait for the doors to open if someone is inside. You’ll pull up to the sign inside the garage until it tells you to stop. Stay in your car and put the car in park. When you’re supposed to pull forward the sign will tell you. Also, take your time driving through the dryers because it gives you a 60 second countdown. I suggest bringing a towel to wipe your car down once you’re out if you’re concerned ab leaving water marks.
I used this car wash for the first time after getting my car wrapped. I’d say it’s safe for wrapped cars. It does use pressured water but the pressure is not too high to mess up the wrap. This place is 35 minutes out of my way but I’d come back again!”
“Bob was extremely accomodating. From my showing up unannounced to look at a car he had at 8 PM on a weeknight and opening up the garage to show me the car to arranging professional transportation to ship the car to the east coast. He was gracious and more than reasonable to deal with . I would highly recommend Bob for his honesty and professionalism during what could have been a stressful transaction. Thanks Bob!”
“I have been on the unlimited monthly plan for both my ‘15 Ram. And ‘21 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Almost since brand new here in Lebanon.
I showed up expecting my normal quality service. In which to my delight, a new young lady was hired. Her name is Amanda. This place needs to keep her employed with them. Excellent “Customer Service” skills.
She treated every customer with a smile. And was quick to meet their needs. Whether customers were having trouble with card readers.
Even taking the time to explain what each service entailed. Customers being treated well. Like “VALUED customers!”Not just a number. What a concept. Keep up the good work Blue Hippo. And keep up the Excellent Customer Service Miss Amanda👍🏻”

“Great laundrymat. Very clean and friendly staff. Only problem I've had is I put $2 in the vending machine to get my daughter a Powerade and when dispensing it did not fall. So I put another $2 thinking they both would fall. And only one did. My very first time coming here as we are new in town. The dryer didn't dry after me putting $3 in it. Needless to say when I approached the man working. He gave me my $3 back. Thankfully. Anyhow I've not been to the car wash. I do see tons of people washing their vehicles. So I will give it a try once the weather breaks.”

“Good service. My car gets clean. Lots of options for add on services and packages.
I always make sure I have cash with me when I come here. For some reason, about 2 out of 3 visits, none of my credit cards will work with their tablets. The credit cards always work everywhere else, but, oftentimes, not here. I'm not sure if it's something odd about my credit cards, or something odd about the readers on their tablets. It's never anything more than a very minor inconvenience.”

“Price is great compared to Mikes. Run down but did the job. My car was nasty after some bird (s) decided to target it hard and it was dried on after a few hot days, so I knew it wouldn’t get clean with an auto wash. Had to look in each bay to find the best brush for the job. 2min per 1$. It takes 5$ 1$ or quarters.”

I often marvel at how their customer service is so consistently solid, particularly in today's subpar labor market. Furthermore, the quality of wash is outstanding every time. Mike's is an example of how an excellent business should be operated. “I went to clean my husband's car, he too lazy to do it himself. Anyways, I think it was a great place to do what I needed. The vacuum could have better suction but it still did well. I used the self wash and it was clean easy to use. The only thing with this was the foam from the brush was super thick so instead of a constant soap flow it would push out thick foam once in a while. But not too shabby.”

“I spilled an ice coffee with milk in it under my driver seat where I couldn’t reach to clean it very well. By the next day with the heat I could barely stand to be in the car even with the windows open. A friend recommended I stop by here so I gave it a try. They didn’t try to upsell services, which I appreciated. After one carpet shampoo the car has no trace of milk smell and was spotless inside and out within an hour. Everyone was lovely and super helpful. Will be back for sure!”

“Great car wash and at a decent price (multicar discount is a perk). Nice that they provide towels even though they don't do much for actually drying off your vehicle. I saw some complaints about the tire shine. I had the same complaint but all you have to do is ask the tenant at the entrance to not use tire shine. They hit a button and tire shine will not be applied to your tires.”
