The staff members at COA are amazing! My daughters teacher Ms.Allie is great with her class and is always showing the kids something new. Mrs.Patt is dedicated to teaching kids about responsibilities and manners and she does a great job at it. My kids have grown up around the best group of teachers we could ask for!

Children of America is a great daycare facility. We've been going there for years now and trust them with our children wholeheartedly. One of the teachers especially, Miss Cherie has been there the entire time since my children have started and she is especially great

Years ago we loved it here!!
This business did reach out over a one star review I gave. They proved I was wrong about a payment I thought was sent from JFS but still did not own their part of not letting me know I had to tap on a device in order for JFS to pay. They refunded $140 out of $977.42 that I spent & JFS would have paid most of that off if they would've followed proper protocol. Oops.

We have been going to this center for a very long time, and have had many great teachers and staff come and go. It is an absolutely warming environment. The teachers are very good with my little one. I highly recommend children of America to any parent looking for daycare.

Don’t bother calling for information, they will refuse to give you any. They require that you take time to tour the facility and listen to their sales pitch before they will even tell you the price RANGE. Nobody has time to waste on something like that if they don’t know that it will be an affordable option for their family. Ridiculous.

We have now been here a year and the growth we see in our special needs daughter is REMARKABLE! The staff here is awesome and caring. Communication is wonderful and always transparent. Everyone is fantastic here, but special thanks to Mrs Khalima and Ms Maddie, Jessica, and Cherie. Our daughter LOVES these women. THANK YOU COA!

Choosing the right daycare is scary, but COA Maineville made it an easy and trusting decision. It's not just a daycare, it's a school that has allowed my toddler to thrive and become her own person. Every teacher is caring and brings something special to my child's life. She loves the teachers like they're family and it shows that the teachers love her the same. Cheyenne is particularly special to our daughter and is wonderful at working one-on-one with each child in her class. I constantly recommend this place to people new to the area and will continue to do so.

My children absolutely love it here! My kiddos teachers are amazing, and helped to help them grow. As a single mom of 4 not having a village, this means so much to us. They are our village. We love all the ladies here!

Very bad stuff, especially Jenn. I was waiting for an answer about summer camp, my son is autistic and they said it will take about 1-2 days to get approve . But I was waiting for at least 3 weeks, and every time when i call them they keep forcing me and saying I will call you tomorrow….and now after 3 weeks waiting I can’t find any available space at other daycares. She just say I left message about your son, but I was checking emails , voice messages, calls….. nothing!

The entire staff is wonderful here - BUT - Khalima Abduganieva is an answer to prayer. She is wonderful with our special needs daughter, and sets the tone for her day!

Jaime and Jenn the management team are super friendly. They are always present in the building for the families, staff, and children. They work closely with the teachers to ensure we are getting the best education for our children. Anytime we had a concern they made sure we felt heard and addressed the concerns. Thank you ladies for doing an amazing job.

This center is where you need to be at. The Director here, Ms. Jamie and the Assistant Director, Ms. Jenn are simply amazing. You can truly see that these two ladies truly care about the children in this center. They both go above and beyond to improve this center each day.As a parent, I can see the hard work they put into their center and staff. You can tell they are great leaders by the love their staff and us families have for them.If you are looking for a center where the not only the teachers care about your children but management team does also, this is the center for you. This center is full of some amazing teachers and a great management team. You would not be disappointed here with them caring for your child.

We had to make the excruciating decision to remove our kids from this facility due to multiple 10% rate increases throughout the year. I think the directors here have done a phenomenal job with what they have to work with, but it’s clear that there is a disconnect between corporate or whoever is the true “owner”. You cannot reach anyone above the director level or at the corporate office. The website clearly states to take any issues up with the directors at the school. So these ladies have to deal with delivering the biannual news of rate increases and I’m sure plenty of backlash from the families, while some mystery person is hiding out pulling the puppet strings behind the curtain. Maybe this review will reach them: your business model is failing. Perhaps if you showed your face, talked with the families and show you care about the students and the families lining your pockets, we could’ve stayed. Face time goes a long way. A reason or an explanation can go a long way. But charging the cost equivalent of an out of state, lucrative college education for two kids under 5 in the state of Ohio, and hiding behind your messengers at the schools is wrong. Parents rely on rates going down as a child ages. Over 2 years, my almost 5 year old had gone up around $70.00 per week, with another 10% increase poised to come in January. That’s still with a discount on an infant we added earlier this year. As two working parents who are planning to need the before school, after school and summer care for the next 9 years, we could not fathom what these rates would be like in the future. It started to feel like that any time there might be some relief, you’re going to “get” us another way. And simply having your hard, caring workers who actually run your school deliver that message, over and over again, with their hands tied, is a dirty business practice that we will not support. We will miss the dedication of your directors at this school as well as the caretakers in the Infant A room who developed an incredible bond with our infant. We suggest you start looking out for these people who are the face of your school, and stepping in and up as a business owner and leader. It could’ve made a difference in our decision.
