We have an older LP gas forklift. Our warehouse man reported it had quit running, so I reached out to Ed to schedule a service call. He walked me through some troubleshooting on the phone and we solved the issue without him sending out a tech...NO CHARGE!

Great customer service. Provided constant communication and updates throughout all service tickets. Techs are knowledgeable and were determined to troubleshoot and solve multiple issues we had with a lift truck.

Good company to deal with, they came to our shop and fixed our forklift on site and did a great job. Also performed a break service on site as well. Highly recommended.
