CVS pharmacy on SR 48 is horrible. The drive thru is closed and the line is 20 people deep inside. The CVS on Columbia is worse. I was the last car picking up my transferred prescription from SR 48 and they closed the window on me at 7:00pm. I was the last car with no one behind me and had waited patiently in their long line. They are unprofessional I was not able to pick up my prescriptions after making 2 attempts.

Poor service. Long wait times on phone, in store and drive thru is closed. Able to get faster service through Amazon

It’s a Saturday morning and there are 2 people working the Pharmacy. 6 people waiting for their medicine and a line behind me.

They closed the pharmacy at 4pm on Friday and it didn’t show on any website of the change. I would not have chosen this place had I have known .

Pharmacy staff have horrible attitudes. Recent medication refill was wrong, short few pills. Staff don’t check anything and can’t count. Enough said. Switching pharmacies.

I transferred my prescriptions from Kroger to CVS Maineville after repeated unpleasant experiences with the Kroger pharmacy personnel. My experience with CVS was altogether different. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Altogether different

The staff is always nice and never had an issue with them! However, it’s been a consistent issue for a WHILE now that you have to wait in an extremely long and slow-moving line to get your medicines. Seems like a Kroger Corporate issue to me. If you can’t staff appropriately or have a waiting area that is not down the grocery isles, I think it’s time to get out of the pharmacy business. Unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere that is better equipped to handle the volume of customers.

Called in my order two days before and it was not ready even though when I called it in they said it would be ready that same day. This isn’t the first time this has happened..

It's really awful. Regardless of when the script is sent from the doctor, they don't fill it until you show up. Often, the app will say the prescription is ready. Instead, they tell you it'll be 45 minutes. Then, when you come back way more than 45 minutes later, they fill it at that time. Every. Single. Time. It's too consistent to be anything other than their standard procedure. I strongly suggest getting your prescriptions filled elsewhere if you need it same or next day.

Prescriptions are never ready on time even when they auto call you. My last auto call took them 5 days. They need to get help or start referring customers to another location.
