The employee at the Pharmacy after being on hold for 40 minutes to fill my prescription not only had zero helpful information but proceeded to just hang up on me mid conversation when I was asking when they would have a shipment of my medication in. Just straight up hung up. The most unprofessional disgusting thing I've seen or dealt with when it comes to health care. Do your job or quit I hope she gets fired I'll be speaking with management about this. Absolutely beyond rude.

If I could give 0 starts I would. They make it impossible for people to get their prescriptions. I waited for an hour for them to tell me they didn't have the drug I needed. They refuse to transfer it to other pharmacies because they do NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! I tried to get my prescription transferred but the other pharmacy said they waited 3 hours and still couldn't get ahold of this pharmacy! This is horrible! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!

prescriptions take 48+ hours to fill then you stand in line for an hour. example - had two prescriptions sent to CVS. transfered one to Amazon about three hours later. had the Amazon one delivered in less than 24 hours. CVS prescription is still "in progress" 36 hours after delivery from Amazon. stopped in and there were 10-12 people lined up so I said forget it. I'll have dr send a new one to Amazon.

You can't even get a pharmacist on the phone in less than 90 min. If they don't have something they don't let you know until you show up to pick it up. It's not like people choose to take medicine. Do better. Every time I pick up they are complaining about how much time they get for lunch or about people who are frustrated with poor service. It's awful.

I received a texted From CVS Pharmacy located at 6632 S. State Route 48, in Mainville, Ohio 45039, that my subscription was ready for pick-up. There was a very long line in the drive thur, so I went inside. There was 2 people in line in front of me. Either of those 2 got their subscriptions. My turn and my subscription was NOT ready. I was told that I needed to wait until they could get to it, even though the text message said that it was ready ! The guy behind me said that this was his third time trying to gat his subscription.If you can't fill the subscription CVS needs to be up front about it and let us know so that we can go to another place and get it filled.Pathetic customer service.

Just watched somebody who ordered online to pick up in store get turned away because they hadn't gotten their order in yet. But the product was on the shelf! Pathetic customer service.

I had a very bad experience here. I went into the store at 7:30, not realizing it was not yet opened. I noticed people were inside and wanted to ask the pharmacist questions about meds.Before I could explain my concern, I was summarily escorted out of the store. Then when I called a little later, the pharmacist was very indignant and said I shouldn't trust drugs.com where I had gotten a lot of information about the drugs that I was concerned about.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went in to buy a few items and get cash back went to the self check. The machine printed a receipt no money the kid said my card had been declined but I got a receipt so we checked out at the register The next day I realized my card had been charged twice. Went back to the store They didn't know what to do because the receipt said declined I showed them my bank statement and The CVS manager even talked with my bank to verify charges. He called 1-800 call CVS and the they basically called me a lair and said the receipt said declined The manager Dillion refused to give me my money back

I have been getting medication on a regular basis here for over 6 years. As others have said the service has become very poor. I'm currently in a line in the drive thru to pick up 3 prescriptions. I'm sure they won't all be ready. Last week I had to call 3 times for a prescription before they said it would be ready at 8:30 pm. Got there at 8:45 and they still had to fill it while I waited at the drive thru. It's time to switch everything to a new pharmacy due to the unreliable service. It's become so much work to get prescriptions.

AVOID! This pharmacy used to be great but it has really become a nightmare. Every single time I need a refill there is some kind of problem on their end. They fill incorrectly, they NEVER answer the phone and they are NEVER ON TIME. Today my order was to be ready at 4:00 so I get in line for the window at 5:00 behind a car that sits at the window for 20 minutes only for them to tell me it won't be ready for 45 minutes...I come back and get in line behind SIX cars that all pull up and drive off (presumably bc theirs wasn't ready either) and this time she says it will be a COUPLE OF HOURS. I call ten minutes before they close and she says it is being verified by the pharmacist but they're closing. I don't know what is wrong with these people but this is not a game. You are going to get someone very sick by being this neglectful to your customers and you just lost this one. No empathy, no compassion, no sense of urgency and LIES. Pitiful. Taking my business elsewhere tomorrow.

Prescriptions are never ready on time even when they auto call you. My last auto call took them 5 days. They need to get help or start referring customers to another location.

I used to go here all the time but now the service is terrible. Tried to call the other day to see if my script was ready. My call goes directly to hold and almost 20 minutes later still no answer. I then hang up and call the front counter. Tell them I need to know if script is ready. They tell me they can't check but then take my name and say they are going back to pharmacy. Very quickly they return to phone and say they do not have the order. I call doctor back who confirms that they called them and now order is ready. This is literally a few minutes from no order to ready. Then the pharmacy says they couldn't confirm my order because I refused to give my birth date which is a blatant lie because they did not even ask! Now after waiting 25 minutes at drive through I have my script. I will never use this store for anything again!
