Tatintain the manager at the store is a flat out accuser. I come in to do my couponing for the week. I use a rebate app that requires you to scan your receipt to get cash back and so I was doing that at the self check register as it’s easier to scan the receipt in the store, then it is on my lap in my car. As scan the receipt at the check out machine it starts beeping because I’m not taking the bag off of the machine right away and the manager comes over to me and says that I need to pay and I said ma’am I did pay here’s my receipt. I’m scanning something in and she leave stating oh okay. Next I’m doing my next purchase for my next purchase. I didn’t have a coupon clipped that required me to go out to my vehicle and get on my laptop and clip the coupon. I had the manager void that transaction so I could go out to my car. She sets the stuff on the register closest in the store. I come back in a couple minutes later the coupon has been clipped I pay for my purchase and I walk out the door as I’m getting in my car in the front parking spot of the store. I see the manager running and waving her hands at me. I get back out of my car and say yes and she accuses me “Hey hey stop you need to pay you didn’t pay.” I go back in the store show her my receipt. She shows me a self check out that somebody must have price checked an item with and said that I need to pay. I gave her my receipt and stated that I did pay, and this now is the second time she’s accused me of stealing. she tells me sorry like that’s gonna mean anything after you just embarrassed me in front of all the customers in the store, accusing me of stealing and chasing me out to my vehicle. I got her name which I have spelled wrong due to it being Russian. Such a terrible lady to be running a store if she’s so worried about people stealing maybe she should be running the actual register and checking people out herself. Disgusting

There is nothing I can say about this CVS that others haven’t already said. This is unfortunately the closest one to my house. I truly believe this is worst managed CVS in the country.

This store with very put together. Items on shelves all stocked. No stock on the floor. There was one young man walking around picking up trash and shelves. Up front at cash register was a second young man was very polite and patient. He was very helpful without hesitation.

Cost $17 out the door for Dermaplast there and it's $8 everywhere else. Terrible value. Will never go back.

The staff in the pharmacy truly are fantastic. I know medication delays are frustrating but they have really turned around the phone system with the new option to leave messages. The staff have always been courteous and very helpful.
The minute clinic is also great for a quick flu or covid test!

Wow, it's rare to see a business inching close to having less than two stars, but now I know why. I chose this location as a UPS drop off for a return. I took the time to select it, print out the label and package it up only to arrive to your location to be told by the big guy with the beard that you cannot accept it because your shelf is too full. My package was a tiny soft envelope mailer, not a box. It could have been easily tossed on top. Huge inconvenience now for me to have to drive home, reselect the drop off point and print off another label and run elsewhere. I will go to Walgreens across the street for any other needs I have. Very poor service.

Been a customer for many years Worst pharmacy in town. Need a Zero star button . I have common medicines and yet they are out of stock on one, when they had 30 days to get in stock since my last refill. So they dropped the ball twice now I will run out of my medicines because they are not doing their job. Needless to say they have lost my business over this today
Long waits inside the store and customer service has lacked in the past.

The pharmacy is literally a joke!!!!, they will send a message saying my prescription are ready, then you get there and they say there not ready give me 15/20 mins. EVERY WORKER IS MORE THAN RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! NONE OF THEM VALUE A CUSTOMER like they should i will definitely be switching again... Then to top it all off you cant even call and speak with anyone you now have to leave a voice mail. Very sad and disappointed..

If I could rate less than a star I would. I’ve worked in service, I get people can be difficult but these guys don’t even try. Go anywhere else if you can.

I am sending my scripts to Kroger because the script is never ready. You have to wait in line. They have people assisting you that don’t seem to know what’s going on. I would recommend you avoid the place I have a lot of frustration dealing with CVS

It was awesome experience, that's because the attendant I met was courteous and willing to assist me with what I was looking for, and after he is done serving me ,he inquired from me whether I needed any further assistance. I really appreciate their services.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!
They are woefully understaffed, greatly overpriced and there is only a 50% chance your prescription will be ready when you go to pick it up. Guess what! You then get to repeat the frustrating process all over again! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!! I will be transferring my prescriptions today.
In summary...DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!

My daughter went up for me to use our coupons we get in the mail and on line. The self checkout machine said card only, she didn't notice it and already scanned her items and redeemed all her coupons amount came to 8 dollars and some change. Well she didn't see the sign . So she got somebody to help her so the cashier pulled the receipt seen the amount. Number one they take 10.00 out of my checking to redeem a coupon every month and I receive coupons in the mail also besides what I redeem on line . Well the coupon that comes to my address they wanted to act like she stolesomeone's coupon when it came to our mailing address with our name,but the phone number wasn't the same on coupon,but it comes to my home address. She said something to the cashier's about it and finally told them they can keep the products and they ripped me off on my other coupons. This place has gotten to be the biggest joke around besides having trouble with their pharmacy too!!
