Place is fully understaffed and had to wait for a paid medication , not quality for such an amazing CVS company, needs new management asap, hiring is not being processed to the standards that should be met.

Do NOT go to this pharmacy. I did not read the reviews prior to moving my prescriptions here and it was a huge mistake. You will be waiting 45min in line just to get to the front and have them tell you, they don’t have it. Employees are downright rude and should not be in any form of the service industry. One associate said to his co-worker “I can't wait to see how mad they all get when we close down early”. My husband and I have been to the pharmacy for one prescription, the last three weeks. Today was the last straw. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Save yourself the trouble and never step foot into this location.

Today I decided to switch pharmacies. Why?Because I am absolutely sick and tired of people using the term “understaffed” to make excuses for being sorry AF.Let’s be really honest, this location doesn’t have an understaffing problem. What it does seem like we have here is a lazy, out of touch owner/manager who’s nowhere to be found when all of Maineville is waiting in his lines. Not one of those people standing behind the counter was kind, courteous or helpful and I suspect it’s because they deal with this environment every day but it’s not the public’s fault you dislike your job and can’t multitask.I waited at the pharmacy drive thru for what felt like an eternity. My young, sick child was with me so I was really hoping to not have to drag him inside. I saw roughly 6 different people walk past the glass windows with not a care in the world. Not a single solitary ounce of courtesy for any of the customers who make their paycheck possible. Soddiq was especially rude when he laughed as he put this unprofessional, handwritten sign up on the window 15 minutes after I had been sitting there. He had time to hang this sign but not to lift the window and say “ma’am I’m sorry we’re unable to service the drive thru and we are going to have to ask you to come inside to fill your prescription”.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This pharmacy doesn’t care about you, your time or your business.

Tbh, I wouldn't think poorly about this place since it's understaffed. However, a tech looking me in the eyes and telling me my meds were never sent in; just to find out 3! Days! Later! That it was? Don't lie to me, let me withdraw from things I needed, just to find out you never even checked.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy at this location is chronically understaffed to the point that they don't even open the drive-through. When you walk inside, the line is wrapped around to the middle of the store... Likely switching to Walgreens across the street.

Lots of whiny, entitled adults in these reviews. I've worked at an understaffed pharmacy and these sorts of people are the reason everyone quits. "I gave them an hour -" yeah your doctor probably didn't even send that prescription until you got to the pharmacy. "I had to stand in line -" yeah, well it's a pharmacy, not a McDonald's drive-thru. Came here expecting a nightmare, but it was fine. The pharmacist Negar B. did my vaccinations quickly (flu and covid) and I was out within half an hour of arriving. Nowhere near as dramatic as these reviews made it out to be. You have to wonder how people like that cope with general day to day frustrations without dissolving into tantrums like a toddler. (Then again, maybe that's exactly what they do. ??)

Whatever you do, no NOT get your prescriptions filled at this pharmacy! They are severely understaffed and seem to be unorganized. I received a text that my RX was ready for pick up, called the store before I went to make sure it was ready (in which the automated system told me it was because no one picks up the phone), waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t find it/it had been too long so they were going to have to remake it and I could get back in line and it should be ready by then. 3 people in front of me had said they received texts that their RXs were ready as well in which 2 of them were coming back for a second time because it wasn’t ready on their first visit. I think a whole bunch of Kroger’s customers came here after they stopped accepting Express Scripts and CVS did not prepare to keep up with demand. Go somewhere else for better service!

This pharmacy is the only pharmacy that does not take calls, and has poor customer service. Some people are in medication that keeps them alive apparently they have no regard for human life. Moving my business elsewhere don't go here if your medicine is keeping you alive apparently they don't care

Horrible pharmacy, express scripts is no longer with Kroger so I tried CVS. Gave them an hour after my doctor app and prescription wasn't found at first. They found it and stated is would take another hour as they were getting ready to go to lunch at 1:30. Almost every one in line was having a similar experience of not getting medicine for days, so I got the point I may not get my prescription for a day or two. I am sick and can't wait days to get the medicine. I asked them to transfer the prescription to Mejier. They said they would call but they didn't. Couldn't ever get them back on the phone so I had my doctor transfer the prescription to Meijer. Had to pay out of pocket as they said CVS didn't transfer it and still had an insurance claim for the meds. I wasn't playing this game anymore and gladly paid more not to have to deal with them again. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

Store is so bad I am not sure why they are even here. Pharmacy drive through window has been closed for a month. Average wait time in line is 30 minutes. Had to call and request a prescription 3 times before it was actually processed. Management is non-existent. Poorly ran store.

Waited in line for half an hour in a line of three people then told that my prescription would be ready in ten minutes. 40 minutes later then she comes over and ask what my name is again. The whole time I'm in excruciating pain from a shoulder injury waiting on the only thing that will help. Every customer in line was mad. I heard them tell half the customers their prescription couldn't be filled because they didn't have it. Unless you hate yourself don't go here.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. You can’t ever call, you will be on hold for 40 plus minutes. If you call in a script, it will take 4 plus days for them to fill it. Drive thru you wait forever. It’s just a terrible CVS. I hate that our insurance makes us use them, I usually pay the difference and go across the street to Walgreens.

Pharmacy is pathetic, takes days to get things filled, not open when they say they are, and now they don't even have the drive thru open. Front isn't much better, they got the self checkout now so rarely anyone even around.

SWITCH TO KROGER!! Wouldn't even be at CVS if not for the politics of Walgreens losing the contract with my insurance, meaning Walgreens was underbid by this disgrace of a company. Anyway, I called in my script at 2pm. Was told to pick up at 6 pm. Showed up at 7:57pm. Was told they needed an additional 25 minutes (just like every other time because they NEVER fill your script until 20-30 minutes after you pull through IN PERSON). I told them no, and that I had called it in ahead of time for exactly this (ongoing) reason. They said it was a time delay safe. I said I get that, that's why I called at 2pm. They said the safe was a 5 min delay, asked me to pull around. 3 other cars behind me (meaning I was looking at at least another 20+ minutes, ifkyk), and it had already been 2 minutes, so I'm pulling around for a 3 minute wait, or for a petty response? Just ended up going inside and telling them I'd wait right there. Pharmacist angrily filled my script instantly and wouldn't talk to me.Just a heads up to anyone else - Kroger pharmacy exists and is always empty. I've gotten a few things filled there and always with a smile, and even lollipops for my children/dog treats for my dog if they were with me. I'm switching to them for EVERYTHING from now on, and tbh you should, too.

I wait in line for way too long.If you have to speak to the pharmacy, it takes, no joke, FIVE MINUTES to get your call through. They really do not wish to talk to you! Next I have to request certain meds via phone. I can't request them online. So another FIVE MINUTES of wasted time! The outside of the building is weed infested. The gates to the dumpster are usually open & stinky & dirty. There's trash everywhere!
