The manager, Cyndi, here is outstanding! Every interaction I’ve had with her has been nothing short of professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of, and she manages the property with such care and attention to detail. The facility is always clean, well-kept, and secure, and her friendly, approachable attitude makes a huge difference. She truly sets the standard for excellent customer service, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. Highly recommend!

Went in close to closing to rent a unit and Cyndi was awesome. She took her time with helping us get a unit and took us to look at them in person. We started with a regular storage unit and ended up upgrading to the climate controlled ones due to what we wanted to store and the process was super easy. The move in was easy and we couldn't be happier.

I came in to get my options on storage units. Cindy was wonderful. She was able to guide me in to what storage until would be fitting for my needs. Im not quite ready yet but when im ready I'll be coming back to have cindy help me out!!

Longtime renter. Clean units, easy and safe access via paved parking and coded gates. Particularly like automatic payment deductions, even though prices - like everything else in this economy - keep inching upward. When a recent accounting problem cropped up, Cyndi Holder worked with me until it was resolved, always helpful, understanding and courteous.

I've been with this storage for a while now and when I was late I would have preferred them call me but we made arrangements to get me caught up on my payments. However they did mess up on there end and the staff needs to better communicate with each other. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. However over all it's a cheap safe place to store your belongings

Pricing is solid and overall a very solid option for me currently. Facility is maintained appropriately, however on a very cold day their keypad became frozen and almost prevented me from accessing my storage. Overall great place, however they should consider switching to newer keypads.

Fortress in Maineville is a wonderful place to secure. I feel my items are safe there. Stephanie, the Office Manager, is just a PLEASURE to work with. Her customer service skills are top notch!! I give Fortress Storage in Maineville an A+ rating and highly recommend.
