I scheduled a quote with Gerber. On thevday I arrived for my appointment, the person my quote was scheduled with was unavailable. The substitute took pictures and said the original,estimator would be in touch that day with my quote. It was 4 days later and didn’t even include some of the items to be quoted. What a joke. I think because mine wasn’t an insurance claim they weren’t interested. Makes me think they are an insurance scam.

I've used Gerber a couple of times, always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful (thank you, Kelly S.). The estimators are skilled and accurate. Just a note because they are good, they are busy. They may not be able to get to your repair right away. If you can wait, it's worth the wait.

What an incredible experience I had at Gerber Collision in Maineville!! I honestly can't say enough about the people that work there. Lisa and Kelly were amazing from start to finish with on point communication and handling everything from my rental car to dealing with my insurance company. Louis (who worked on my car) was just as AWESOME!! From giving me a quote, keeping me up to date on repairs, and showing me my car when it was finished, he was so thorough and I could really tell her takes pride in his work. He's a pretty neat guy to talk also, very personable and likes to get to know his customers! I couldn't recommend this company enough! And my car looks incredible!!! Flawless. If we ever need work done in the future, we will always use Gerber!!

Dominic is awesome! Very friendly and keeps you updated throughout the process. An issue came up where I had to take my car back for something. He got my car in and out in a timely manner. I hope I won't have a reason to need these services again in the future, but if I do, I will definitely go back!

They replaced my taillight before my appointment so I wouldn't have to drive illegally. It's little things like that, that sets them apart from the competition. The young lady at the front desk was a peach. As busy as they are, she keeps everything moving smoothly. They did a good job on my 4 runner. Unfortunately I'm a repeat customer. I've bought a couple back bumpers and taillights in the last 6 months. I would definitely recommend Gerber if you can wait a month. They're booked up a month or better. It's worth the wait to have your car fixed right.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Gerber Maineville location! From the moment I called, Kelly went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule ASAP, working around my availability, and greeting me with a warm, friendly attitude when I arrived—everyone there was equally welcoming. Nathan was incredibly transparent about the damages to my vehicle, taking the time to thoroughly explain why each part needed to be replaced and making sure I understood the entire process. His attention to detail and informative approach truly eased my mind. The entire team turned what has been an overwhelming situation into a seamless, stress-free experience. I never once felt like an inconvenience, even when they fit me in for an estimate on such short notice. They're already working hard to get me back on the road, and I couldn't be more grateful. This was a 100/10 experience, and moving forward, Gerber will be my go-to for any repairs on my crosstrek. Highly recommend!

Apart from the insurance, I already had references for this place. I took my car to be repaired, the attention from start to finish was the best and the work they did on my car was incredible, Im very happy with how well and cleanly they work.

Through misinformation and a flat out lie from Dominic I lost 380 dollars. The manager was rude and argumentative. I was practically called a liar
He should learn how to listen to people.
And they certainly need to make sure their employees know policies
I've never been treated that way at any auto shop,be it collision or mechanical issues
I'd definitely suggest you have your vehicle taken anywhere else
