This is one of the worst Kroger I have ever been to in my life. Customers are complaining there’s a high turnover. The cashiers aren’t very friendly and the baggers are not especially good. AND my apples were bagged with canned items. (Now they are all bruised! How would you like to have smashed-up apples for lunch?). Still, management is trying …. And the restrooms were cleaned up and remodeled.

Well I went to get my groceries for the week and had to leave because of the fish small all thru the store so went to Meijers instead seems they have better prices so I think I’m going to shop there more .

Lisa was so helpful in the floral department. She helped me fill my own balloons and was very nice about it.

The staff is very friendly and the variety of food is awesome whenever I need anything I usually go to Kroger it would be nice if they had a kiosk for the BMV for the stickers for your car I know some stores that do have that.

So I am in recovery from alcohol and Kroger put me in a department that was right next to the alcohol and knew I was in recovery but still did it…I could smell alcohol all in the back room so there was broken bottles everywhere and for me it was triggering and got sick to my stomach and left so Kroger does not care about it’s employees!!!…And it’s all about there bottom dollar which is sad that you would put a recovering alcoholic in a position like that and said I am unhirable cause I was protected my recovery!!!..Shame on Landon Kroger and kings mills Kroger for putting me in that situation!!!

I'm generally pretty happy with this Kroger. In comparison, it's better than the one on Loveland Madiera Rd. If I had one gripe it would be this... For the love of God, stop sticking the deli labels OVER the zippers on the grab and go deli stuff. It makes it impossible to open without ruining the bag or making the zipper completely non-functional. Also, please get Dreamfields pasta back in stock. It's the one pasta diabetics don't have to worry about eating as much.

If I could give this store a zero I would after my experience yesterday at the self checkout. Checking out with only two items that were scanned the machine starts to beep. I was approached by the attendant in the most rude and condescending manner. Instead of offering courteous assistance he proceeded to insult me. I spoke to a manager about it. I will not shop at this store again. I will be sure to let others know how they operate. This person proceeded to stare me down as I left the store. Why he is in a customer facing role I have no idea.
I returned the items I purchased there. After further reflection, I did not want them anymore. The Mason Montgomery store tried to remedy the situation and apologized. They offered me a gift card which I politely declined because this isn’t about being compensated. Brook was very courteous and professional. This did not happen at Landen. If at some point I decide to return to Kroger I will shop there. For now after 35 years of loyalty to Kroger I’m taking my business to Meijer where I am always treated well. Customers beware of this location and how they treat customers.

I get micromanaged by my boss enough. I don’t need the self-checkout attendant breathing down my neck while I’m trying to ring my groceries. If you’re worried about stealing then either she can ring me out, or get rid of the self-checkout all together. Making your customers uncomfortable is poor business.
