Every time me and my wife do a pickup it mainville Krogers our vegetables are always just thrown in a grocery bag instead of being put in vegetable bags like they're supposed to be and the most of the time they're yellow or all nasty and wet and slimy like we get the privilege of buying stuff so we can throw their trash away but they don't want to throw away and getting tired of this nonsense

I made a call about a medication and I was “greeted” by a super rude and unprofessional employee. She sounded as if she was on drugs herself (slurred speech/non comprehensive communication). Was not satisfied when I was calling about life saving medication. Girl with piercings should not be able to handle peoples medications let alone be in the pharmaceutical field.

Little Clinic is out of control. you can walk in, register and then stand there for 20-30mins (maybe longer if i didn’t approach to ask how long was the wait/how many people were in front of me) just to find out that they are all booked for the day. i said “so why don’t you put a sign in front of the registration terminal so people are not wasting their time?” — answer: “ We are not legally allowed to”But wasting peoples time is OK? Do you understand how confusing that is?— Well that’s why we suggest that people book and register online?— And how in the world am I supposed to be aware of that, Where is it posted or how do you notify people that that’s the way to go??♂️— Unbelievable!

I stopped going to Walmart and now i only shop at Kroger. They have everything i need. I love the rewards card to that helps me save money on gasoline. They have great employees too.

Clicklist is a joke. Items that are "out of stock" seem to always be there when have to go inside and grab the missing items. If you want something done right, do yourself a favor and just make time to do it yourself. Not worth the stress of dealing with the headache and hassle of incompetence.

The most consistently horribly stocked store I've ever been to, it is a constant, I'll drive almost 20 minutes away instead of less than 5 just to shop elsewhere, where shelves ARE ACTUALLY STOCKED.

Excellent magasin où nous faisons nos courses alimentaires et autres.Grande variété de produits frais. Légumes et fruits très bons.Grande variété de laitage fromage et yahourts.Le personnel du magasin aide beaucoup lorsque l'on cherche un produit.Mon magasin préféré que je conseille.

Apparently, they can change their hours at will. Closed at 10:00 on a Saturday. Constantly block isles well before closing. Can't wait for this one to be shut down.

This place is painful to shop at. Way understaffed. Departments shut down early and sometimes unexpectedly. Also, you MUST check your receipts. Lately, we have found lots of items that were on sale, not ringing up at the sale price. I hope this is because they are short staffed and not all of the IT inputbis getting done timely, but a few days ago I was behind a woman at the counter who had 14 items that rang up in correctly. You would think that a company with all of the analytics that these guys have, getting prices correctly, input would be easy. I am also concerned about the number of elderly people I see checking out, who don't appear to have smartphones or computers, so it appears that they are missing out on a lot of digital coupons. I really hope they have a program that helps these undeserved people. I don't see much about it in the stores, so I am concerned that even if they offer assistance, do these people understand how to get it. You would think that with all the problems in the world that companies like these guys, who appear to be making a very good return these days could just go with offering the best price up front and do away with all of the digital products so that those people who really need help get help. Feels like they could do better.

Click list is bad. I use it seice I gave birth and it gets tricky getting around with baby. But they get my order wrong, damaged produce, and always "missing" many basic items. I go in to pick up the "missing" items and so far 100% of the time the are in stock (and substitutions in stock as well).

I genuinely enjoy shopping at this location but the deli needs work. This is by far the slowest location I’ve been to. There could be no one in line and I will still plan on spending 20 minutes waiting. Also always here on a weekday morning….
