My $30,000 trailer was STOLEN from this location. Their “security video” system did nothing to help the Warren County Sheriffs Office identify the theft. Owners still charged me for the 4 months after the trailer was stolen. Renters BEWARE!

BEWARE!! RATS, SPIDERS, BUGS, MOLD. We stored our things here, and thought it was a good price. But you get what you pay for. Our unit was nasty. We only stored household items, NO FOOD at all. We were told that they were sealed units, and clean. However we had roaches, spiders (so many spiders) and rats. On top of all of that our unit got water in it. Which ruined almost all of our furniture. Over $3,000 worth of stuff ruined. Never did they apologize either. They quickly wa

We love this place! We moved from Deerfield Storage where the manager was rude and unhelpful. Here we have had Alex helping us the whole time and he is very friendly and helpful. He is always accessible and has the best interest of the customer in mind. That’s so rare to find! Thank you Alex!
