Not only did Peyton return the call in a very timely manner but she was extremely helpful.
I have a bad knee and I'm not supposed to be driving but I was not happy about having to pay a fee to pay over the phone and I thought that was my only other option. Payton not only explained to me that there is another option but she patiently ,twice that's how patient she was, walked me through exactly how to do that.

“I've had multiple storage units over the years with different companies. Landen Store and Lock is by far the best place yet that I've rented a storage unit from. I love that it's a gated facility and open 24 hours. I typically work 3rd shift so my hours tend to be a little out of the norm. But here, I'm able to come and go any time of the day or night with the 24 hour access. And Alex was awesome when I originally called to inquire about renting a unit, as well as when I went in person to sign the paper work. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions I had in a nice, polite, professional manner.”
