Awful service inside this building. Laura had nothing but an attitude. You can tell she doesn't want to be there. She told me most of my packages were over weight. I explained to her that if that's the case, USPS will charge my PayPal account. It's happened before. She didn't believe me or care. She told me that my packages would be sent back by the distributing center. This is not true. Usps will charge my PayPal account if anything is needing postage due. Laura at the Maineville post office wrote rts and put stickers on my packages. Packages went back to my old post office were my PO Box is at. When I went to check my po box, the employees all were laughing over it and couldn't believe Laura would do this. Congratulations Laura , you made your co workers work harder , made them do extra work and wasted the USPS money. I will go out of my way to go some where else .

This is absolutely my favorite post office, of ANY of the post offices I have ever been in, to include other states!! It is not my closest Post Office, but I drive out of my way to go to this post office. It is very large with lots of space. The personnel are extremely helpful and patient.

Super nice guy at the counter. He was helpful and welcoming. The boxes they have now are nice. There are pieces of tape already on the box for your convenience. Better experience than the last time I was here.

my sister who has he same last name as mine used to live with me . When she moved she requested an address change . Guess what ?! They started forwarding ALL my mail !!!I guess people do not read the whole name .( And no, she did not request a family change of address , she only put her name in)They are the worst !

Poorly managed and non-responsive. I have asked for the Postmaster multiple times and consistently told he is out of the office. I personally delivered him a letter with concerns and more than a month ago and did not receive any reply; no phone call, no written response...nothing. Bottom line, the post office is the worst I have ever used and I am concerned that mail is not being delivered.

Where to start the actual delivery team is my biggest complaint when I go in the mail things they are so sweet but when it comes to just simply putting my stuff in the mailbox or leaving it at my door it seems to be very difficult. If my car is near the mailbox they won’t even stop because it’s impossible to get out of the silly little truck and simply drop off the mail. I’m not the only person complaining about this. They also demanded a list of occupants in my home which for me makes me feel unsafe. Overall I really wish they’d just hire a better team for delivery. None of this needs to be this hard.

JBT, carriers are instructed to skip mailboxes that are blocked by vehicles. Whoever owns the vehicle, you, the neighbor, the man in the moon. And as for the repeated claims on Google that carriers are too lazy to deliver packages, that's ridiculous. In fact, it's more work to skip a delivery. Why in the world would someone go to the trouble of loading a package, carrying it around all day, not deliver it, and have to carry it back into the office, just to have to do it all over again the next day. Sorry, I'm not buying it.

I appreciate everything the post office in Maineville Ohio has done for me. Whoever delivers on weekends needs fired, They will refuse to get out of their vehicle to deliver packages, And will simply drive by if there’s any vehicles parked within any vicinity of the mailbox that would make them pulling up to it slightly more difficult. God forbid I actually use the on street parking in front of my house, They cop an attitude and just drive by.
