Went to get the uhaul and the worker said I could drop it off at the Malvern location from Canton, he was talking the whole time and some how messed up and put the Canton location for drop off. I cleaned out the uhaul, filled the tank with more gas than I got It with, but because they messed up and had to pick it up they charged me with wrong location drop off, for the gas they used to pick it up, and a extra day charge.
They are trying to have me pay another 200+ for their mistake !

Over charged and lied. Said we didn't tell him where we were moving to. Which is a lie. Sent me TWO bills. Made us return truck same day at 10 at night which was more than an hour away!!! Do not buy from here! Scam!

Scott really helped me and my mother out in a pinch! Best u-haul experience I've ever had! He had a truck available last minute and is so nice and pleasant!
