Declines packages from Amazon stating I have moved? Nothing but attitude from staff. The cherry on top is someone keeps leaving the flashing light on one of their vehicles on ALL night, sometimes for a whole weekend.

The employees at the Malvern location always are polite, helpful and efficient. When away our mail is forwarded as requested. I had one issue, of my own making, while away. I called the office and they helped get it resolved. They do a great job!

Had a certified letter to sign for. Watched the mail van stop at mail box. Put my shoes on turned back and she was gone. In the mailbox was a notice 1st attempt failed. Ive waited 11 days for this letter. How is it failed when you didn't bring it to the door. To be pd big bucks it would a plus to do the job like your supposed to. Highly frustrating ?. I understand the holiday and being busy at your job as customer service. I do it daily myself...but come on its part of what you get paid for. Ladies at the post office itself were amazing.

Akron plant accidentally sent a time sensitive package to USPS Malvern instead of Newton Falls an hour away. I called this post office and they were polite and answered the phone early in the morning. They confirmed they got my package that wasn’t supposed to be there. I drove down and was able to retrieve this package. The crew was apologetic for USPS mistake and I told them it wasn’t their fault the Akron Hub routed my stuff there. Nice small PO that you can tell cares about their customers.

Package of food products left on sidewalk. No dog trespassing signs poated to keep dog walkers out the yard. Packages should be lefy on porch not the public sidewalk

Contacted them about a product a customer said they did not receive and Pam was right on it. She even was able to verify with a carrier if the item was still in the mailbox. Excellent , prompt and friendly service!
