Easy to say no one here actually cares about their job or your packages. I have been going here weekly for years now and every week it is something between the attitude of the employees to simply not doing there job of putting the mail PO BOX or answering a phone call. I have literally let the phone ring for the last hour hoping that it is at least annoying someone in office forced to listen to it. You would think one of the smallest post offices in America with very little business at all would have at least a minute in the to help a regular customer. Aberdeen down the road answered the phone in one ring and couldn't understand why for days now we cant get anyone to answer at Manchester. Seriously take your package 20 minutes down the road to Aberdeen you will be a lot happier.

Everytime I get a package to be sent here, they refuse to deliver it me at my door then turn around and say they tried to deliver it and left a notice. I sat outside for hours for two days waiting for it and I had no notice. Check the website and it says we tired to deliver, couldn't deliver. No one came to me at my door while I sat outside on my porch. I can see the mail carrier when they come. I didn't see them the first day at all. So I rescheduled the delivery. Today I stayed out there again. I ended up calling the desk to see what was going on. I had to tell him what is going on. He said we refuse to deliver to your residence because of others who have complained about stolen packages and no one answering their doors. I live in an apartment complex. I have no control over what others experienced or say. I had to fight with this man in the end to get my package. (For context I have no vehicle to go to the post office. Otherwise I would be completely fine with just getting from them.) They are denying me my right to have my packages due to some minor ill reviews and comments. I am very upset and hope this changes in the future for people who are disabled and have no car.

Will always use this post office. The best around. The staff are professional and kind .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Star for sure !!!!!
