The staff at this location are so nice and welcoming which is the only reason im giving it 2 stars. But It is so strange to me that every seven eleven in the mansfield area is terrible. All of their products taste outdated even though the packages say they aren't. I wish I could say that this was a one or two time occurrence but unfortunately it is every time. I personally wouldn't have even come to this place but my friends stopped there.

Sign in windows and at the pop coolar said 2 for $4.00 mix or match (Pepsi, Mt Dew, coke, sprite) I took a Sprite & Pepsi to the counter and they rang up $5.79. I questioned it and the lady there said, NO,NO,NO, and headed back to the cooler. I showed her the sign & she again said NO,NO,NO in a very rude tone. I told her it was FALSE ADVERTISING and left.
Needless to say I WILL NOT return there for anything.

If I could give this place a zero I would I go here a lot an the last couple of days the service had been awful and the works have been rude. I went here for a slush and I pick a nasty flavor so I starter over and they mad me pay for 2 and yelled at me for about 30 mins about stealing

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would.. owner is very rude and unprofessional. I doordash here all the time and I went to go pick up an order I had and was wrongfully accused of stealing from this place when I have never once stole from here ever !! I’m very pissed that I was publicly embarrassed in front of the store and was made out to be a thief which I am NOT . I have a couple of other close friends that I know this has happened to them too! So this ain’t this lady’s first time treating her customers like this . I contacted customer service so let’s just pray this lady gets fired !! Do not go here unless you want horrible rude service and to get accused of stealing!!! And let me find out my picture gets posted on your little wall of fame when I in fact never stole from there, it will be getting handled for defamation of character!!

Very rude lady working the cash register, she’s apparently the second shift manager and the head guy tried to convince me she wasn’t rude to me. All i asked was for a charger unlocked so i could buy it and got told “I don’t have time for this i have a line of people” and then her keys handed to a stranger to get it for me. Not to mention her rolling her eyes at me over it, not very good customer service there anymore. 10/10 don’t recommend ?

The owner was very rude this place is horrible and not recommended for anyone they sell outdated stuff coffee is bad. She yelled about it when told and said she wasn’t replacing it so keep your 8 dollars we will go up the road to marathon better service anyway
