American eagle Richland Mall Ontario, Ohio rack clearly Mark 70% off all clearance items. Went to purchase pants which were clearly Marked clearance then informed all those aren't 70% off. The whole lower rack was pants. They were all Marked clearance.

i was trying to purchase two pairs of shorts the one wasn’t on sale so i went to try on another pair that was on sale to see if i’d like one of those better then the other pair i had and i didn’t so i told the lady to get rid of one of my tank tops so i could get the jean shorts and she said okay, and she never rang up or put my one pair of shorts in the bag and never told me they weren’t in there, i live in ashland and got all the way home expecting them to be in the bag when i got home and they weren’t. i’m very upset that i wasn’t aware that she put them back while i was in the dressing room and never told me.

There is a very nice selection of clothes priced reasonably. Great selection of my sweaters. Very helpful clerks. Store is very clean and neat.

this does not apply to all of their staff but the ones i have encountered recently are extremely rude with terrible customer service. Very unpleasant place to shop when employees make you feel unwelcome. A smile wouldn’t kill you when dealing with a customer
