This place price is insane they wanted almost $400 to fix a female cat when there’s a place on lex ave that does it for $60. I’m not paying that much to fix a cat

Not the clinic for you if you value your time. They are incapable of actually being on time or close to for their assigned appointments (expect to wait in your car for at least 45 min.) and do not respect their patients enough to call and let them know they’re running behind.

Receptionist Shelly is very rude. I tried asking very simple questions about my bill and she didn't care to understand what I was saying. Got short when I asked to speak to a manger. Refused to get me the dosage information from each cat and just walked away. Because I asked to talk to a supervisor. She refused to talk to me again. I took my cats in for their shots, exams early January 2024. They were scheduled to come back for their BOOSTER shots at the end of January 2024. When we came back for the BOOSTER shots. The cats were give ANNUAL shots. I was charged another $300 because apparently when they get their booster shots, the office is required to charge another exam fee for each cat. Also, charged me for ANNUAL shots for the cats. The first visit the office had included the booster shots in the bill dated at the beginning of January. I spent over $600 in exams for 3 cats twice each, ANNUAL shots twice for each cat all in the same month of January 2024. I will include all paperwork to back my statements. Apparently, anytime the vet has to administer a vaccine (even a booster) the office has to charge you for an exam. Also, in that short time frame of January, their exam fees also went up. Because I was charged differently for those too each visit. Hopefully you guys don't get scammed like I did. Definitely learned my lesson. ??

We had a wonderful experience at Ashland Road Animal Clinic. Our dog, Piper, needed medical attention after an 8-hour road trip from out of state. Although we knew she was uncomfortable and in pain, we were unsure of the cause. Fortunately, Ashland Road Animal Clinic accommodated us on the same day without prior consultation. You can sense that the vet and staff genuinely care about your pet (child). They quickly assessed Piper's needs and diligently worked to identify the issue. The veterinarian and staff took the time to elaborate and explain each step or suggestion for better caring for Piper’s needs, including improved ear cleaning and addressing her immediate issue, which was a UTI.They provided us with all the necessary care, items, and medication, allowing us to walk out the door and aid Piper's swift recovery. She's much better now, and we even received a follow-up call about a week later to check on Piper. Despite knowing we might not return as customers due to being out-of-state, this vet office dedicated their time to help a pet in need with care and expertise.

Dr. Stuart and Dr. Jill are two of the most professional, knowledgeable, compassionate veterinarians/people that I've ever met.

Receptionist was very rude to me. I didn't even make an appointment! Being a first time dog owner and trying to find a welcoming, caring, and trusting environment to take my baby to is stressful enough.

I Had to make the dreaded decision to say goodbye to my best friend Louie last week after 15 years of being a wonderful companion. It broke my heart to watch him go, I want to thank the sweet little doctors assistant who helpedme hug him tight as he left us, and went to the arms of Jesus, the whole staff was great and very professional, your compassion is greatly appreciated.

My cat was hit by a car. I called them and even though they were fully booked for the day, Shelly told me to bring my cat to them and call when I get there. I got there and within 10 minutes of arriving, my cat was being administered pain relief!! Shelly saw how upset I was and gave me a hug. That gesture alone eased my mind. I felt like the people in the office genuinely cared about my pet. We were in and out of the office less than 30 minutes after arriving. It was also extremely reasonably priced. For $102, we had an emergency visit, pain relief, and antibiotics. I am so grateful to everyone at Ashland Road Animal Clinic. Dr. Stuart was absolutely amazing!

I was very pleased with my recent visit to the animal clinic. I unfortunately needed to put my dog down. The staff were so caring and nice and even sent a follow up letter letting me know how sorry they were for my loss. Thank you one and all.
