“To start with I was very apprehensive about buying another car because of a certain crumby dealership in Orville that I had bought a car from recently that made the process difficult and troublesome. Then I came across these wonderful people I showed up intending to trade up and get a reliable car with great mpg that I saw online the salesman Leland was fantastic he came out the door keys in hand ready to roll. We took it for a spin and fell in love with it but when it came down to talk numbers it was going to be a bit out of budget because the car I intended to trade in that wasn't even a year in my posestion had a lot of problems that not the dealer in Orville or any of the mechanics I had taken it to previously had caught. The manger was very experienced and professional inspected it himself and told me everything that would need done if I drove away in my original car and gave me his price he's willing to pay after hearing all of it I found his price to be more then fair. When that was settled we filled out the paper work for the loan I was in need of so we sent that in and not even an hour later got word that we were a go and I was approved not to mention the whole time we were waiting we had great conversation with Leland and got to know him more. When it was time to select extra insurance and other things we were sent back to another nice gentleman who was able to work the price to make sure I was able to get gap insurance and still stay in my budget for monthly payments. I plan on only dealing with them from now on for all my maintenance and future car buying. Thank you all so much.”

“This is the only Terrys towing I can find was a white truck with yellow letters If I remember I forgot to ask the drivers name bc he had me go sit out of the cold while he handled my truck with extra care i had a tire go flat and off the rim. AaA called me a tow truck and he decided to take 2 other calls and passed me to Terrys towing. Glad he did the gentleman was courteous and handled my chevy truck like it was my baby. I and delivered it to taz tires An angel sent from above.”
“I always end up there like right at closing time, yet the staff is friendly and helpful. I take my cans in here b/c I feel they are consistent about how the weigh your cans, unlike the other place. I dont care for getting a check, but its not that big of a deal, I just cash mine at Kroger, since I bank with Chime. Kroger only charges 1.5%, or maybe 2%, not sure but its not much. But everyone is so polite and friendly at Milliron, even at 5 till closing!!”

“Franklin Body is a diamond in the rough!!! Just a group of really talented guys that love to work on vehicles!! Their passion to show off their skill sets really shows up in the finished product!! I took my old 2000 Chevy cargo van to Franklin's to have him look under my van. The van has really just sat in the driveway since COVID 19. I put a battery in it and got under it to change the oil when I was horrified to see the rust holes through the frame of the vehicle!! A dealership told me to take it to the junkyard to scrap it out. Dennis (the Owner) told me to bring it in so he could see it. Wow,, was he confident!! He said give him 4 days and he'll take care of it. I get a call two days later telling me it's done. I'm more than pleased with the work. I simply couldn't believe my eyes!! When I looked under the vehicle, I literally said to myself "I need to pay this guy more money!!". Yep, it was that good!! For the easy body work to the challenging body work, this place can handle it!! Really cool guys doing what they Love to do!!

“Dakota and his crew were absolutely awesome to work with. I'm a contractor and couldn't afford to be out of my truck for long. He got me taken care of quickly and efficiently even with a large shipping delay (outside of his control) with the parts. Gm dealer quoted a month minimum without my truck. Dakota had it done in 5 working days. This shop is the only shop that will work on my truck. Highly recommend.”

“In the past I've left some really nasty and some really good reviews. Some nasty one about hubcaps and old cars that I've owned. Being damaged or broken when I've come here in the past getting a decent deal on discount rims or discount tires. The discount obviously LOL them being used but when money is tight you do what's necessary. And I've left and reviews about how some of the guys here in the past have really helped me out. You know wave the entrance fee when they didn't have to cuz money was a little tight or whatever. Have you. driving old GMT 800 and while they have a lot of the old girls in the yard, apparently my options must have been hell back by the insurance companies because I had a hell of a time finding anything with the digital climate control option. However, on the very last car I looked at an old Yukon. I got lucky. Thank you God but I guess that's just how it goes. Sometimes you get lucky and other times you don't. I do wish they would have some more modern cars in their lot. It looks like they're expanding and there's no reason they couldn't, but I also wish they would try to get an extra make and model of the older stuff that people still drive and don't want to pay a body shop $800 a fender to paint. I give them four stores to be completely Fair.”

“I seldom write reviews, as I expect people to do what they are paid to do. I am, however, taking the time to write this review of the service we received from Osgar’s body shop in Mansfield. I hit a deer recently and we took our Honda CR-V to them. Everyone was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. They kept us up on all aspects of our repairs, did absolutely EXCEPTIONAL work, and had everything completed in a matter of a few DAYS, far quicker than we expected. They kept in touch with our insurance, and rental car agency, and literally made the entire experience as effortless as possible. I can’t say enough about how far above and beyond our expectations they were. I wouldn’t hesitate to, highly recommend them, and will not consider going anywhere else if we ever need work done again.”
