I usually go to OReillys , & decided to stop in today instead & honestly wasn't impressed. The customer service wasn't exactly up to par. I shouldn't have to stand there for more than a minute (the only customer at the counter) & then still have to grab the attention of the 2 employees sitting on the computer. I understand they were busy doing something, but in my experience of retail, making customers wait when it's not necessary is frowned upon? Could be wrong. Just felt the whole thing was kinda rude... I suppose I'll go back to Oriellys.

I had an exceptional experience at AutoZone recently, and I cannot commend them highly enough. My pregnant girlfriend and I were facing numerous car issues, which naturally caused a lot of stress. However, the team at AutoZone went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did they patiently listen to our concerns, but they also provided expert advice and guidance on the parts we needed. Their professionalism and dedication truly shone through, making us feel supported and reassured during a challenging time. Thanks to their help, we were able to resolve the issues swiftly and get back on the road safely. I am immensely grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend AutoZone to anyone in need of automotive assistance.

Absolutely awful. Gave me the wrong part and refused to run my order under the commercial account I specifically said and gave the pin number 3 times which she then decided not to run in through the account then lied to me charging me a lot more all because she wasn't punching in the right numbers....waste of time and money! Smh.

I transferred from Wisconsin to Ohio and the complete difference in any auto zones in Ohio that I have noticed is no one likes to do the job their supposed to. I left the company two weeks ago and I was supposed to get my paycheck today but I haven’t.
