Even went as far as to show me the card free features on the chase banks ATM that are very useful and I was unknowing about.

“Tellers are super friendly and helpful. But I hate the fact they're open at 9:00 a.m. and not 8: 00am. Being open at 8:00 a.m. would help a lot of people do their banking before work. I help my daughters with their banking at Huntington. But I can't see myself opening an account there when my bank opens up at 8:00 a.m. .”

“I opened Accounts here primarily because of the location to my home without doing hardly any research, however I am very pleased with their customer service and the account features. My debit card number made it's way in to someone's hands and they did manage to sneak an unauthorized charge on my account, however they were quick to cancel that card, send a replacement, and credit my account the amount (a little under $1,000) that was charged while they investigated it. The banks website and app are both very secure, it was a telemedicine payment I made that wasn't secure for those wondering.”
