Would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a cell phone on line for pickup for my daughter with my child support card. 2 days after the pickup my account was officially charged and the money was taken. However we are now almost a week later and I STILL have a pending charge for the amount of the cell phone on my child support card, which has put my account in the negative and I can’t access $641.99 of MY money because of this. I was already at the store with my son because he had ordered something so I asked to speak to a manager. The female manager with the braids and tattoos was extremely nice and was advising me to call my bank, which I was going to do, and I was just about to say thank you and leave when a male, who I assume is also a manager decided to come over and insert himself into the conversation. He had dark hair and a dark beard. He was extremely rude and condescending, I didn’t need his mansplaining bs and no one, literally no one asked him for his 2 cents. He was like this is a multi billion dollar company and we’re not out here just stealing peoples money. First of all, why was he taking it so personally, second I never said my money was stolen I was just wanted to know why if they had their money why I still had a pending charge for the same amount almost a week later. When I tried to explain that I was frustrated because literally $641 of my money is inaccessible he just kept getting more and more condescending. He single handedly assured that I will NEVER step foot in another Best Buy store and I will NEVER order online from Best Buy ever again. He took a situation that was calm and was about to end and escalated it because for whatever reason he needed to feel special. I hope he’s fired and I hope this store closes like so many of the other Best Buy stores. Do better and maybe your stores wouldn’t be going out of business.

Believe all of the bad reviews of this store. Manager lied to me about Best buy credit card benefits. Tried to sell me a sound bar that was not compatible with the television I was buying from them. Then today when I asked about the credit card benefits I was called a liar in a very aggressive manner. I will never purchase from this store again. I hope you close .

I don't know why but I tried to apply for a Best Buy credit card and it wouldn't go through and I have excellent credit and I don't understand the problem I was not very happy

It's a shame that this is our last electronics store in the area. When you walk into a store and there's more employees than customers, you wouldn't expect it difficult to get some help. I just left the Best buy in Ontario, I was one of three customers in the store, was looking for a computer keyboard cover. After making four laps with a walking boot on I had to give up. I would love to support our local economy, but it looks like I will have to buy this one online.

Best buy is a joke. I bought and paid for my remote start on December 21st of last year. The first install was supposed to have been January 9th but their system changed it to January 13th.
January 13th didn't work for me so I had to reschedule it myself. I rescheduled it for this afternoon. Last night I received an email stating that had been canceled and that it was being refunded to my account. Yet the email that came said $0 instead of the $347 that I actually paid. When you called to talk to someone at Best buy, you actually get someone from a call center in another country, and not someone here in the USA. Since English is not their first language, it is extremely difficult for me to understand them. Also, most of the information we got from them has been mildly incorrect to say the least. Since this money is supposedly being refunded to my account, now I cannot get the same price of the remote start as it was a Black Friday deal. This is extremely frustrating to me because my husband has cancer and this is something that is going to help me keep the vehicle warm etc for transportation to and from his appointments. Not to mention the fact that I have absolutely no idea how long it's going to take for me to get to 347 back. I should have just went ahead and went with a Chevy dealership. The money I was going to save really wasn't worth the headache

can i give them zero stars? I have had an appt 3x to get my car stereo installed. first time, kid told me i ordered wrong wiring harness - News Flash, Bestbuy.com ordered it. that was an hour trip. made another appt, and ordered another harness. Best Buy then cancelled the order, another hour trip to mansfield for nothing. you can't talk to anyone in the store, customer service wants me to drive another hour back to the store. HOW ARE YOU PPL still in business. to think Circuit City must have been worse.
