For what it is, they offer decent service however, when I went it was shortstaffed and I had a prolonged wait (20+ min.) as the clerk assisted another customer.

THIS IS THE WORST BOOST STORE EVER. HORRIBLE SERVICE. EMPLOYEE ACT LIKE HE DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME. I GO TO PAY MY BILL AND THERES A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS “GONE TO LUNCH BE BACK IN 30 min” and I waited over hr and a half and no one showed up and that forcedMe to leave. You guys NEED TO CLOSE THIS STORE ! OR NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!

I would never recommend anyone to go there. My stepmom bought a smartphone a couple of years ago. Did not like it and went back to her old phone. She’s in her 80’s and can’t get the feel right. So she was told her old phone was no longer going to be supported and had to change. They have a flip phone on display, but told her she couldn’t do that. Also told her she couldn’t activate the other smartphone and sold her a new one just to make a sale.I would NEVER recommend anyone to boost mobile. Put her on my plan at Verizon with a flip phone and had to go thru hoopes with Boost to port her number to get that done. The guy at the Boost mobile store just wanted to push me off to call a number (on hold for 45 minutes) instead of just helping me get her account number.

Always get the help I need without waiting long at all. So far I've been very happy I switched to Boost for my cell service.

everytime I make a call it doesn't ring or if it does it drops the calls with two mins price is why to high I don't have service no wherewife's phone won't call outdaughter and sons phone won't call out and if it does the call drops instantlyI've had it my family plan price is way to high for what they say it's supposed to beso I think. we are switching services tomorrow

The seller was nice but I didn't understand where all the charges came from even since I'm supposedly getting that EBB lifeline.Now I'm having an issue with my data and/or device and nobody is answering the store phone.... ANYWHERE!! Then customer service people you can barely understand what they're saying.**WHY DON'T YOU PEOPLE ANSWER THE PHONE?! "
