We came here and while we appreciated the late appointment times the people doing our nails were very unprofessional (asked my sister to take their cousin to Kroger in the middle of her appointment) three different people did the designs on my sisters nails, one of them not even an employee but the girlfriend of one of the employees, this caused her nails to not match like the should have on both hands. Along with these, they're were talking on the phones and there was a lot of cussing and foul language throughout the entire appointment.

Buckeye Nails is the only salon I trust to do a quality job. They are quick, professional, and talented at what they do. We arrived as soon as they opened and they were quick to get us (my grandma and i) started. My grandma got a gel manicure and she was done in about an hour, my acrylic cat eye nails took about half an hour longer. The gel manicure came out to be $40 and the acrylic nails were $70. There is an upcharge for gel as well as for the cat eye effect. If you do pay with card it is an additional couple of dollars, so if you would like to avoid that, bring cash. The owner is very sweet and personal with all of her clients. I recommend Buckeye Nails to everybody I meet!
Update- ONE MONTH growth & I still have all my nails! I have a very hands on job, heavy lifting & fast pace, so for all of my nails still holding on with NO LIFTING is incredible!!!

i was in and out in less than an hour as a walk in! my nails look amazing and the nail tech was so sweet! i’ve had some bad experiences with other places making my fingers bleed, but this was completely painless and i’m so grateful for that. i’ll definitely be returning!

Horrible customer service and the rudest manager I've seen! I was in this place for over 2.5 hours yesterday waiting patiently for the guy to finish my nails. He was very nice and thorough so I can't complain about him. Today I came back because my nails look a little sloppy on the sides. I just wanted more paint added to the side. This rude woman in the front treats me like a nuisance and has me waiting. Managers should ratify situations and not treat you like it's your fault when it's not! Will not ever be back. Could have took my $140 somewhere else and received better treatment

Very unhappy with the way the blonde rushed me. She didn’t want to do MY toes the way I asked. She whispered so the boss couldn’t hear her. Then my fingers she rushed through tried to convince me to come back to do my design on later that day. After I left I looked at these nail (on crooked paint was crooked) I thought NEVER AGAIN WITH THAT PERSON. she looked tired and as if she didn’t want to do that job and you can tell through the work that day. I been there 3xs prior with the boss and one of the guys. Never an issue with them. These were slanted and crooked on my nails and my cuticle was not done or there’s to make to look nice. I needed these done for an award ceremony and I am so upset 😭.

Had the greatest customer experience!!! The owners son even saved me and pulled me out of a burning car!!! I wouldn’t be alive nor the person I am today if I didn’t crash right by buckeye nails!! Thanks to the 6’4 tall Asian man with tattoos that supports woman’s rights, even invited me to a woman’s march.

Sorry but I think they just loss me as a customer I'm sitting there for hours and she's putting people who just walks in the door ahead of me and I didn't like the fact that I spent 45 for my nails to be done then has to go back and sit for hours just to get one nail redone properly.3rd time . I must say , I referred Brandon because he does a great job whenever he does my nails.

I came in with an idea and she gave me exactly what i wanted. She’s was super friendly in a super clean environment! My nails turned out beautifully and i will absolutely be back! The best nails I’ve ever gotten!!

I Wish I got the name of the guy who did my nails, so I could get a proper shout out! However, I’ve always had a good experience with all of the staff at buckeye! My nails always turn out great, and I’ve never been turned away (normally I’m a walk in). I definitely recommend them for your nail needs 😊

I'm in love with my nails . This is the only place I will go to. They always do a great job and make sure you love your nails before you leave. My nails are better than the inspo pic!
