“It took about a week for our new windshield to come in, but they were about half the price than the other windshield replacement facilities. After less than 3 hours, our new windshield was done. We were told to avoid car washes and pressure washing for a few days. I've inspected the windshield and the seals closely and they look great! Thank you for your fast and professional service. “I was very pleased with this experience. I needed my windshield replaced right away as I had to go out of town. I was able to set it all up online and I was surprised and pleased that they had availability the next day. The price was very close to the charges if I had taken it somewhere and waited on it to be done. The technician, Jacob was very friendly and accommodating when I called a couple hours before my scheduled appointment window and told him that I had a sick cat that needed to go to the vet but I was afraid I might be late to get back for my appointment for the windshield. He was so kind and understanding of my dilemma and suggested that he could communicate with me through text to make sure we could get the windshield replaced today, which I really appreciated! It all worked out! My cat got to the vet and I have a new windshield and Jacob even swept out the car and washed the windows. I would definitely recommend Safelite.”
