Carpets near Mansfield, OH

“Very kind attentive team members. They really pay attention to your wants and expectations of your project and help guide you through the process. Very reasonable pricing of products and installation. We had a couple of bedrooms done and felt the installation of the floor was average,,, meaning you can feel the imperfections of the sub floor which was unexpected but for the price I felt was acceptable. My major disappointment was with my wife's closet organizer. It was damaged during the install. I advised Carpet One of the damage to the closet organizer and was told I would need to find and purchase the individual parts of the closet organizer and they would reimburse me the cost of the parts. I'm not a handyman, so this is a major inconvenience for me and my wife. I couldn't believe I have to do the legwork to try to make this right.
The floor looks fine but the closet organizer was a major disappointment. I'm most displeased.
Update: 12-16-2025. Store Manager 100% repaired the closet organizer to new condition. The wife is pleased and so am I. Will absolutely do future business with carpet One!!!😁”

“Kastran karpet is awesome! Jim, Jess, Matt really came through for our family very quickly working us in for our new flooring after a flood from a toilet leak. My 91 year old mother in law was able to get back in her home very quickly! Beautiful materials, carpet, install and they were cheaper than home Depot to boot! Thank you so much Jim and your team! Forever customers!”
