It's just ok. They are always understaffed and their services are getting less customer-friendly. I often see a long line forming but there are employees walking around not working with customers. There is some blonde woman who has spent too much time in a tanning bed that I see in there who never does anything but boss people around.I no longer feel like a valued customer at this branch and will go over to either Lexington Avenue or on Park Ave at Brookwood where the staff is much more customer oriented.

I had the most horrific, confusing experience in that business of one problem that started December 2017 until today, the dispute remains troubling, controversial and complicated, I spoke to more than 2 bankers including the general manager of the business, receiving nothing but numerous roastings as a building businessman whose assets in the account including earnings from employers and government sponsorships and credit developments, the amount of $350 or more from the Chinese company all consumers must be aware of the dangerous economic activities effecting political and economic sectors currently manipulated, banks who I depend strongly to protect my assets in security control, not only they failed to comply consumers without ideas effecting sectors high or low, they failed to comply future entrepreneurs like myself losing important asset(s) from jobs I worked from easy duties to horrific labor buildups, unfortunately, this institution favors political forces of corrupt and foreign businesses, they care less of the national and protection of the citizens legitimacy of economics, the conclusion, they failed to comply the future already in deep tears.

We receive great customer service at all of the branches, but I was particularly impressed by Kaye's service we received this week at the Ashland Road Branch. We came in to close our personal account due to fees, but she assisted us with the fees and in getting our account set up differently so we would be able to avoid getting fees in the future. She was very knowledgeable and helpful!
