They r rude and inconsiderate to the heir customers. I personally didn't have a problem but I saw the way one of the bank tellers spoke to an elderly gentleman and she should have been ashamed of her self. That's someone's father, someone's grandpa and he was also a veteran who put his life on the line for our country.

I like Chase. They gave us $500 to open a checking and savings account. Hey, free money is free money. We took the money. We are still with Chase because they are convenient, on my way home from work, everything is free with direct deposit, and the people are nice and easy to work with. They also have a "personal banker" who can help us when our 90-something year old, childless, uncle dies. A man needs to know what to do with $500,000 that is suddenly plopped on his lap, especially when it comes from a variety of retirement and investment accounts. Time will tell, but it seems like they can help me this way.

An awesome experience to establish a checking account. Andrew McGuire was a respectful man to this Veteran, including free checking for all Veterans. About time a bank gives respect to us Veterans. Thank you, Andrew!!!!!

Why would you bank with chase? I ran in simply because I was driving by and it was closer than my bank. The check was drawn off of a chase account, it was a small amount. They want to charge an $8.00 fee which was nearly 10 percent of the whole amount. That is insane, I know a bank has to pull profit from somewhere but somehow every other bank I've ever used is pulling it off. Chase won't be getting my business, unless they make some major changes.

the staff is polite I came in lol the bank needing to locate a check that I had written and they were not able to find it nor help me I drove clear across town and the banker that I spoke with found the check immediately and helps me quickly not only did I waste gas and time driving across town I wasted time in the previous bank and that is an hour total that I will never get back because of that I Drive clear across town to the other other bank just to get help even though the bank on Lexington Avenue is only about a quarter of a mile away not sure really what happened that day but unfortunately they lost my confidence the staff was very polite and nice but definitely we were unable to help with in my opinion of very simple matter that the other bank on Park Avenue located and were able to get what I needed within less than 5 minutes
