Always has a long line and doesn't offer the services that most banks offer I needed a notary on several different occasions and it seems like they're never there or you have to have an appointment why do I have this bank if the services I need do not operate on a regular basis

Had to open an account because of one of my creditors required me to pay through card or Zelle. (In which my C.U. obviously deals with the card part, but not Zelle) Everything about this bank that you hear negative is true, and anything positive is more than likely a paid for lie or very rare. If you cant get ahold of anyone in your local bank, good luck on talking to anyone that isn't in a overseas call center. Which they conveniently leave out. Absolute joke of a so called bank. I'll pay the extra cost of using my cards than to deal with this bank again. (Note: the tellers here are polite and professional, but thier advisers... if they ever leave that job, should go into politics). NO integrity at all.

I'm trying to help my father with his accounts. For whatever reason they are treating me with disdain and contempt. If I wanted to do something underhanded, I'm not stupid enough to do it in a high security place like a damn bank.

The bank teller working the day my fiance and I went inside was very off putting unprofessional inappropriate to say the very least. She made it quite clear she was hitting on flirting with my fiance. Made it known she has an ONLY FANS account. Completely disrespected not only him but myself as well with her disturbing and very distasteful comments!! I fully intend on speaking to a corporate branch manager to see to ot she's not able to do so again to myself and my fiance but to anyone else as well!!

The experiences at this bank over the past 9 years is exactly why i opened my accts at Huntington. At Huntington, they have the intelligence required to hire enough employees to help people so that you're not being told you have to make an appt or sit and wait for 2 hours.With this, they probably fail every single mystery shop too, because thats unacceptable

Can’t deposit my money because the atm won’t accept deposits, there are no slips or envelopes in the night box, supposed to open at 8:30 but then they changed their hours…. Super frustrated.

I tried the ATM today after giving it a six-week break, just assuming it would be fixed and was met with, "This ATM currently does not dispense cash." Seriously. Since there were NO other cars I went to the drive thru and was told, "I'll be with you shortly." After several minutes waiting I pushed the button. The employee said they were almost done assisting the lobby. I asked to just have my license returned so I could go to a different branch. My lobby experience at this branch has been even worse.

I'm new to the area and to this bank brand. I was d*** founded at the inside ATM located hidden in plain sight, I actually had to ask where it was. I didn't notice any deposit or any other slips set out. It seems to take longer than normal to process simple transactions. One time I stood at the counter without anybody noticing me for several minutes. In a world of online banks this brick and mortar location lacks making personal banking personal.
