Force you to use the self-checkout but when asked to get change they say they're unable to unless the other drawer was running. Lazy folk.

Stopped by to buy a jewel 4 pack vape pods for my 70 year old wife. This was the cook rd and so main st store. The manager Cindi was very rude with a bad attitude from the beginning. I gave her my id and said this is for my wife. She yanked them back and said I couldn’t buy these for someone else. I said my wife is 70 and so am I. She said I was lying and she couldn’t let me have them. I then said ok they are for me and after much berating me in front of a whole line of customers, let me buy them. I was humiliated and embarrassed. This person has mental issues and should not be dealing with the public. I will never return and will tell everyone I know about this experience.

I used to live right down the road 2 years ago, absolutely loved this circle k! However today was by far the most disrespectful and rude customer service I have ever experienced here. Which this same woman was one that I’ve never had issues with until today but man how do talk to a customer the way you did, curse the way you did when my ID wouldn’t scan and then get upset at the gentleman you just helped because he was telling you that you gave him the wrong cigarettes (he was very polite about it btw). Just uncalled for when you sign up to work customer service. Do better or find something where you don’t have to deal with the public!

Going to be speaking with corporate! Can't buy any nicotine products because in their words, "your ID isn't valid" but I can turn around with the same cashiers and buy alcohol no ID needed!!! Explain that!

This is a clean and what should be a nice neighborhood gas station. This is the worst run place I've ever visited. There's always long lines, and although there's multiple employees and a manager, there will never be more than one person the register. There will usually be one person in the store and two people on the side of the building smoking. And I often see the manager outside smoking on the side of the store with employees, well the store is filled with customers and one person on a register. There will be one person on a register a store full of customers and the manager will be walking around I have never seen her step up to a register to help. And do not even think of stopping here in the morning on your way to work. You cannot get in and out. It's long line one employee on the side of the store smoking, and one very very very slow cashier. Sunday afternoon there's one employee in the store. And lines for days. They need new management in this store. Seems like these people are just too comfortable with their jobs. No one cares about the customers here. We deserve better
