This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my entire life! I have been a member here for years and if you get any medication other than Tylenol your an addict in there eyes, they are RUDE super unprofessional and an absolute disgrace to humanity. They don’t care about the customers or what they are going through. I needed a medication that I got very often because my child was having surgery the next morning and I told the pharmacist the situation and they proceeded to tell me to wait while 3 females and the pharmacist all stood there talking about me calling me a drug addict (NO I am NOT! I waited for 5 hours because at that time I was dealing with a very difficult situation and did not have a car so I had to set there waiting to leave to make the 3 hour drive to get to the hospital. I made a complaint and nothing has been done never gets done. I will say Jacob the pharmacist is the ONLY person who seems to care and treat people with dignity and integrity and takes his job as he should. Everyone else should be fired and take a class in why they chose to be in pharmacist or pharmaceutical companies period! They also DO NOT honor your good rx for example we pay extra every month for good rx gold to save money on prescription medications because we do not have insurance and they won’t honor it because they already have the basic good rx I didn’t ask them to use! So I am supposed to pay there price and throw money that I don’t have to them! I would never go here again this place is a joke!

They never have my medicine in stock always having to order it which takes a day sometimes two to three to get them which is making me have to go without my meds which is not cool. When you can clearly look it up and see that I need this medication on the day that I need it so therefore wouldn't you order it so you had it that day not wait to say oh this medicine's due today we don't have it in stock we have to order it

Absolute worst pharmacy there is. Looking to switch right now. Every single time I talk to any of the workers there they are so beyond rude and do absolutely nothing to help you. Always have an attitude and give you the dirtiest looks. If you don’t like your job, go find a new one. It’s actually mind blowing how crappy they treat people.

This location has the rudest staff, I will never return. I had questions about a prescription and they refused to help finally the pharmacy tech walked over and said read the instructions on the box. Just horrible and unwilling to help. I transferred my prescription to Community Market Pharmacy where the pharmacist explained the dosage and instructions and were so kind. When your child’s sick you have questions and the pharmacist should answer the questions not treat people this way. CVS is what is very wrong with the world no one treats each other kindly or respectfully. I will share my experience with every platform available to me. If you’re looking for a friendly pharmacy that cares for their customers I recommend Community Market in Plymouth Oh!

Very rude , also shorting me in my medication , I will be transferring back to Kroger's , where I should have stayed ! I transferred to them in May because it was closer to where I lived . But I have had nothing just trouble out of this pharmacy since I've been going there . Very rude and very unprofessional!

I love the girls back there. I see and hear them deal with so much and they are still so nice. Love the pharmacist as well I've been coming over 4 years and they have always done me right and on time. Appreciate you guys.

Do not recommend this CVS pharmacy location. Rachael is extremely rude with absolutely no customer service skills. Management should look into her attitude problem.

The pharmacy staff is so rude and short over the phone. How hard is it to be kind and courtesy for 8 hours. I swear people are so miserable.

I switched to CVS after having a bad experience with Carelon mail prescriptions. CVS has been nothing but helpful resolving my prescription problems. I have referred other people in my insurance group to CVS and they are also very happy.

I see why people get meds taken from them because they tell u one thing then when u call ur doctors office telling them what's going on they want to tell them something different from what they told u even when u had other people hear it that's sad for real for real just because you work at the pharmacy Don't make You any better than anyone else And they think they can just talk to you any Way they want too well No u can't and u are not me so.......

I don’t normally leave reviews but the last handful of times I’ve been here I’ve been treated horribly. They are extremely RUDE! Worst customer service I’ve experienced in Mansfield in a long time. DO NOT use this place as a UPS hub or they will treat you like a huge inconvenience.

Pharmacy is good until you have major surgery, Dr prescribed pain medication... was shorted 10! Actual pharmacist seemed to think I was lieing. This is NOT OK! Someone there is a thief. I will now make them count my meds our IN FRONT OF ME before I leave! This is horrible! Can not trust anyone anymore
