I will never go back to this pharmacy. Always rude and do not give you all the medications you have been prescribed. They don’t make you aware of this either. A medication was not covered on my insurance instead of telling me this, they told me nothing. Not even that I could just pay for it without my insurance. Also “2” days behind all the time. How does this help people who are in need of their medications?

Why does it take seven hours to get a prescription filled? I don’t know what their management structure is there, but it is absolutely horrible. There is no way you can be that busy. This place needs to be closed down.

ZERO STARS...Waited in the drive thru 20 minutes to have the window closed. Went inside where the pharmacy was serving one person at the desk. When they were done with that person told me they were closed for lunch and pulled a gate down in front of me refusing to get my prescriptions. The 10 employees were insanely rude and let me know they deserve a lunch because they work 13 hours a day which they absolutely do not the hours are from 9 to 6 (apparently they cant do simple math and they're counting your pills). It would've taken less than 3 minutes to get my order. I will be going to another pharmacy for my family after being a customer for years rather than deal with these asinine idiots that get pleasure from treating customers in this manner.

Some employees there working, especially customer service very rude & no respect and they don’t have experience how to talk to customers & they lied always I feel sorry for them🥺🥺 that’s why I move all my business to Wall Green pharmacy in Park Avenue👍

If I was able to give ZERO stars I would’ve!!! Store ID#6169 need better costumer service skills!!! To be rudely spoken to and hung up on twice!!! My prescription is being transferred from another state and since this is a first time I had questions to make sure I was doing the right thing and nope!! Both ladies on the phone were rudely toned, cuts you off mid speaking and hangs up!

We had our prescriptions sent here after rite aid closed and it’s been nothing but problems. Two pharmacy employees actually argued with my boyfriend about how his medication was billed until the pharmacist informed them that they were wrong. Neither apologized or seemed a bit concerned that they work in a pharmacy and deal specifically with billing insurance for medication and don’t know what they’re telling people. One of the employees actually said “well customers will tell you anything” How unprofessional. How does it take the entire pharmacy department to figure out how to bill medication that has been successfully billed for almost four years at other places? The issue is still not resolved and these are medications needed to stay alive.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Do NOT under any circumstances entrust this location with your medication. They never have medication in-stock and take sometimes over a week to figure out how to complete a simple refill!

This pharmacy never has my medication. I have never waited on every single prescription my doctor prescribes like I have here. It takes several days to get medicine that is common and I have never had an issue getting before at any other CVS. The last straw was they told me they ordered my med..I called 2 days in a row and was finally told they got other dosages in, but not mine. This was 5 days after my doc ordered it. I was running out of this med. This made me believe they never even ordered my prescription. I transferred my prescription to another cvs. Much more helpful and had it in stock. People shouldn’t have to worry about always running out of their meds Bcse a pharmacy is poorly ran

Normally I don’t leave reviews and further wouldn’t leave a poor review, but my family has had several horrible experiences with the pharmacy department. The store itself and front counter have been good. The staff of the pharmacy department has consistently been short and rude, which has gotten brushed off - everyone has bad days. Unfortunately this has became a pattern and even then try to give them the benefit of the doubt. The final straw was sharing personal health information by shouting it across the pharmacy department loud enough that everyone in line could hear it. It’s inexcusable and a violation of privacy.

I get there pull up and say it's a pickup for my son(2 yrs old) and she goes and gets it then looks at me and goes "he ain't got insurance?" I hand her the card and say yes she rolls her eyes and scoffs then says hold on a minute and walks away. Comes back and told me to circle the building and come back so I go to Taco Bell and come back and she's still 'working in" billing his insurance. Her and the pharmacist guy comes to the window and says it keep saying it's not going through and asked very personal questions that were not necessary because they take my card back and put the numbers in right FINALLY and comes back and sayshold up. Closes the window is gone for 20 minutes comes back and does everything she's supposed to do and doesn't say anything. I was pissed leaving here. Definitely not using here anymore

I love how fast their drive thru pharmacy is each time I have to go! Very nice employees too!
