Normally I don’t leave reviews and further wouldn’t leave a poor review, but my family has had several horrible experiences with the pharmacy department. The store itself and front counter have been good. The staff of the pharmacy department has consistently been short and rude, which has gotten brushed off - everyone has bad days. Unfortunately this has became a pattern and even then try to give them the benefit of the doubt. The final straw was sharing personal health information by shouting it across the pharmacy department loud enough that everyone in line could hear it. It’s inexcusable and a violation of privacy.

I get there pull up and say it's a pickup for my son(2 yrs old) and she goes and gets it then looks at me and goes "he ain't got insurance?" I hand her the card and say yes she rolls her eyes and scoffs then says hold on a minute and walks away. Comes back and told me to circle the building and come back so I go to Taco Bell and come back and she's still 'working in" billing his insurance. Her and the pharmacist guy comes to the window and says it keep saying it's not going through and asked very personal questions that were not necessary because they take my card back and put the numbers in right FINALLY and comes back and sayshold up. Closes the window is gone for 20 minutes comes back and does everything she's supposed to do and doesn't say anything. I was pissed leaving here. Definitely not using here anymore

Older woman today was a.. well she was a female dog. I don't want to work memorial day either but don't get snippy and rude with a customer. Will not return.

Hours on the website say open until nine on Sunday however their hours on the store does not reflect it they close at six on Sunday. And supposedly the hours were updated six weeks ago

All of our family members got their prescriptions here, for several years now. We will all be going somewhere else to fill them. Even Walmart is a better option. They treated a disabled man so badly, I was shocked by it. If I hadn't seen it myself I wouldn't have believed it. They are always short staffed and often rude. They charge more for prescriptions than any other pharmacy I've ever been to, yet they don't have money to hire enough staff or at least friendly staff? Just another part of the medical system that is failing.

They're a very busy pharmacy, but they've always been helpful on my visits. I actually switched pharmacies to this location because they seemed more willing to go the extra mile than my last one when I needed it.

Went to drop off a prescription and was told by the associate who was apparently more concerned about her break that it couldn't be taken and it would be a 5 day wait because they are that backed up... please consider hiring more associates or reducing hours if your associates can't see even do something your store 10 minutes away did within the hour.

I should’ve put the store at 8:30 to pick up a prescription because I just got off from work and even now on the website and the doors say open until 9 o’clock they were closing would not give me my prescription

Worst customer experience of any pharmacy chain. Wait times, in person or at drive through generally exceed 30 minutes. Don't bother to ask to speak to the female pharmacist; she won't. Rude pharmacy check out staff. Going to the dentist was less painful than picking up my script.

They are severely understaffed! I fear this is going to kill a human being! I can never get help the lines are always ridiculous and the staff is in is highly stressed out angry and yelling at costumers because of this. In 25 years I have watched the costumer service fail. I have been on hold currently for 30 +minutes because my diabetic supply was cut in half. I just want a reason why. I don’t want to be the human being they kill because of the cheap company and them trying to save a few cents by not adequately staffing the pharmacy.Still on hold…This is gross negligence !I know in the background they hear there is a pharmacy call…

Extremely rude to customers and each other. The pharmacy is the worst I've ever seen anywhere. They're always angry and arguing and have very little knowledge. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.
