Stay away from this bank. Their lobby is closed during weird hours through the holidays. And make sure you pull out of their drive through far enough. You will road rash your rims. I don’t know why I have only had bad experiences with this bank. Save yourself the trouble and go to Huntington.

I banked with them quite a few years until recently. Due to bad customer service with several employees I have chosen to move my accounts elsewhere. The loan officers are great ...but investments and bank accounts are out of the question for myself

I opened an Account with these guys when i was 19, I'm now 30. I only banked with them cause its whom my parents banked with. I finally had to quite / close my accounts after many Inconveniences and inconsistency and i got tired of it. While the Credit union has appealing Banking options there anything but in terms of running them. out of the 11 years i have banked with them i have never been approved for a loan. Debt consolidation of around 2 grand? denied because i have debt. Car load - denied House loan - Denied personal loan - Denied. credit card - denied unless i pay a down payment of $250 if your credit score is below 630 forget these guys. I've battled for years with Overdraft fees, I used to keep a few accounts where money is deposited in one account and i would load money onto an ATM debit. I had money, but set it up where i couldn't get wiped if my card was stolen / or my account hacked. which has happened MORE times then i can count with directions credit union. it seemed for a while every month i was contesting charges on new cards. I remember making a purchase at Walmart in Ontario one night then 30 mins later i had $700 purchase in Tokyo. my appeal got denied and was told that these were valid charges. HOW DO I FLY TO TOKYO IN 30 mins and DROP $700 on god knows what at a convince store? that took way to long to get back then it needed to be. I watched large purchases placed on pending, Taken out of the account as no longer pending only to be removed from the account and Placed back in pending again doubling hitting my account then over drafting my Debit card account. I have shown proof without vain across all branches in the Mansfield area. I eventually set up my card to decline purchase instead of allowing a purchase to go through. I swear this is done to generate revenue of overdraft fee's from a back end computer system. I had 0 activity on my account for a few months as i transferred to a new bank and they managed to tack on more overdraft fee''s on in despite of me setting it up to decline all because i forgot about a few auto pay services that i had yet to transfer over. Also there app Sucks Terribly. the entire DCU card network goes down unexpectedly almost all the time. Will never bank here again. Avoid this network.

Women who opened my account was very professional and warm extremely nice to me.. But when I went in to open a account the ladies behind the counter told me to come back another day though there was still 30 minutes before closing over all the ladles behind the counter were rude but the personal banker was amazing

You have the wrong hours posted. Fix it so people don't get confused or actually stay open till your posted hours. Would give zero stars if possible
