This was the worst experience I've ever had with a store clerk. I went in to add money to my credit card. The girl at the counter did the transaction without speaking one single word to me. After, I was trying to do another transaction, when the girl left the counter went and got her manager and came back and told me she would NOT do the second transaction! In front of her manager!! The manager proceeded to make excuses for why her cashier had refused, then the manager does the transaction herself, without issue. I left the store feeling totally disrespected! Leaving this review is only the first of the things I'll be doing to address this problem. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. We all deserve better!

When you search for items on the website for this particular West 4th Street location. It will give a number of the amount of that particular item in stock. Yet, when I get to the store some items that were listed as having 20 pieces in stock are either not in stock or they are too lazy to bring them up from the warehouse area and stock the shelves. I have seen items that show "currently out of stock", just to get there and they are fully stocked. Also, it seems as if a couple of these women are running an overcharge scam. Make sure you check your receipts.Hopefully, a district manager gets involved and resolves this incompetent mess.

Its a quick stop and easier to get in get your stuff than Walmart. At least employees will talk to you instead of running from you again like walmart.

Nothing special. Went in and even during check out the cashiers stood there chatting with one other. Thought it was rude and didn't even get a Thanks have a good day nothing just them chatting the whole time. Not really that great of people friendly service.
