The Estes Mansfield OH terminal has great customer service. I had a last minute urgent pick up towards the end of the day and their driver was able to accommodate and pick up from the shipper in a short time frame. They really helped me out under a stressful situation and I am very grateful :)

Box was damaged but no parts lost. Retailer needed heavier box. Heavy package, delivered to front of garage. If I had been home, I’m sure they would’ve put it in garage. No problem, opened in drive and brought pieces into garage. Fast delivery

Great customer service from the delivery drivers. Product came quicker than expected and I was given a text and email of the delivery in advance.
