Missed an important package that I had to sign for, and they let me pick it up with absolutely no issues. Super great customer service.

Just had the most enjoyable experience at this location. Nicest young man who offered me professional advice concerning what and how to pack the items I needed to ship. Even though they don't pack items for customers.....he all but did it, all the while telling me they don't do that. Now, THATS customer service!!
