Both times I went here was terrible. 1st experience they tried to quote me way over the price of the work that needed to be done saying certain parts were bad when they were not just seemed like they were trying to make an extra buck. I went to another shop that specifically deals with that type of car and they were completely confused on everything I was quoted for and only had to replace the thing I originally brought the car in for and I never had any issues since . And the 2nd time my wife took her car for an oil change they decided to put loctite on my screws for my undercover plate. Not sure who’s brilliant idea that was but thank you for the extra time I had to spent fighting them off.

Made an appointment for an Oil change (2025 Ram 1500 3.0l) drove 20 minutes, gave the clerk my information. Watched an Advance Auto Parts delivery, and was told that they couldn’t get an Oil Filter, so after my keys were returned I called Advance Auto myself and they have 5 different brands in stock for my truck. I know that the manager Wayne, doesn’t like me on a personal level which is fine, but he doesn’t have a professionalism to continue to collect my money. What a waste of my time, and effort. I will be telling everybody I encounter about this incident. Hopefully they don’t patronize this location!

When someone comes in with a screw in a tire and they have road hazard from Firestone on a very expensive set of tires, that should be a priority!. Get it in and fix it. The customer has already paid for road hazard. Telling someone they need an appointment and will have to wait 2 hours for the next appointment is unacceptable. It's not an oil change. I've been buying Firestone and Bridgestone tires for over 20 years. This is the first time a road hazard issue wasn't made a priority. I will remember that on my next tire purchase brand!. Edit:. Mansfield Oh. PAW.

Took my car to Firestone to have an inspection done. I wanted a list of parts that were bad that needed replaced specifically the front suspension only. The 2 women working were fantastic. The mechanic I’m assuming, talked to me like I was a moron but really I’m chalking it up to he talked to me so demeaning because I was a woman. My car has 430,000 miles, it is a beater with a heater. I have done all the maintenance on the car myself. I have to take it to a shop now because my rockers are so rusted, the jacks I have go through the corner panels so it has to be lifted by a lift. The mechanic lifts my car up on the lift while I am waiting in the lobby, he then opens the door and tells me to “come here, we have some issues to discuss” upon entering the garage this man is so belligerent and demanding to know who did the work on my car. (There is a lot of Jerry rigging, I’m not dropping loads of money in it.) I tell him I did the work he is referring too. I then told the man that it has 430,000 miles, original everything, and that I just wanted a parts list for the front suspension because I was going to buy all the parts and replace them myself. The mechanic REFUSED to get a piece of paper, a pen, lift a finger. I then pull out my phone, open my notepad, and I’m waiting for him to tell me the parts so I could write it down. He refused and said everything. He tells me so much is wrong that he is towing it. That would have been fine and I have the money to tow it but I refused to be talked to like I was incompetent, and I still did not receive the information I came for and was paying an inspection for! He then gets my car off the lift, walks into the lobby, and says “the keys are in it leave” I said do you not want me to pay for it? And he says “no leave”. So why did I even waste an hour waiting, the 15 mins he had my car on the lift, and then be belittled by a man THAT I WAS PAYING TO DO A Job! This establishment should be embarrassed by the actions of this man and the way he treated me in that garage. But the real question is would I have received a parts list if I would have had Firestone do the labor? I know the answer to that one! This incident happened on 10/30/24 at 3pm if any owner or boss wants to see who was working and who to hold responsible. Was a man very skinny, 6ft tall, had grey scruffy facial hair. The kicker, I can buy a whole front suspension kit for $150. It’s a Honda Civic. The parts are dirt cheap why couldn’t you just give me a parts list so I didn’t have to buy the whole kit if I didn’t need too.

Went to get my truck fixed. I told them I was leaking fluid from the passenger side. They end up fixing something on the driver side. Not even close to where i had the leak. They did s s pressure test to my coolant lines and ended up bursting my radiator. I get a call and they try to make me pay for everything. I told them not to do the work but the guy kinda helped nd told me i didn’t have to pay for the part which makes me think it was there fault.
Not only did they not fix the problem with o found out 3 weeks later because i was on work trip they also lost a trim piece that goes inside my engine bay. Ooo did i mention i live 3 hrs away from Mansfield Ohio. Smh. I called about the trim piece nd that couldn’t find it nd didn’t even replace it.
I had the worse experience here. In thought bringing my truck to a big company name would be a good idea. Man was i wrong. It cost me 2k to fix things nd still not have the problem fixed.
Im not a mechanic and i was able to find the problem. Something they should have found. I would never never never take my place to a firestone again. I was so disappointed with the service. I have a nice truck Md for them to lose pieces not fix the problem or willing to replace Westcreek they lost is very unprofessional.
Don’t take your car or truck here. 100 thumbs down for this place

Took my vehicle to Firestone in Mansfield to fix an oil leak and replace a serpentine belt a couple of weeks ago and had nothing but issues. Staff was very nice, but the work done on my vehicle was horrible. I brought my car back a total of 4 times within a week. Each time was a new issue that I never had before. Upon fixing the oil leak, they gave me back my vehicle the first time bone dry. They didn’t even do an oil change after fixing the leak. Took it back for the oil change and my engine light came on, but they didn’t run any codes. They fixed what they thought was wrong with it, picked it up with the engine light still on and stalling. I called again and the excuse was bad parts. Took it back 2 more times. My vehicle drove fine for 3 days until I was headed home from work at 7am and the engine light starts flashing, a loud bang, and my car just gives out. Get it towed to Firestone and I don’t hear anything for over a week until they call to say they have to tow it to the dealership. My car is a total loss. So many people have very similar situations that resulted in engine replacement or their cars being a total loss. Do not waste your time!

I brought my 2012 Lincoln MKX in because my a/c went out. I paid over $2,300 thinking it was fixed. 4 separate times I had to bring it back because it wasn’t operating correctly. Each time they claim to have fixed another issue. Each time, they argued that it was fixed, only to find out that they were “receiving bad parts.” The third time I took it back, I was shown a small part that went bad. The air was finally running beautifully. I go behind the car to find a white mark going from the back corner around to the side. Firestone declines any responsibility… 3 days later, while at work, I go on lunch during a heavy downpour only to find out my battery is dead. Opened up the hood to hear my cooling fan still running. When I called Firestone, they claim it has nothing to do with their repair and it would be $130 to do a diagnostic test!! Firestone has had my car almost a full month.
This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a car repair shop. They appear extremely incompetent. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone, not even for air.
