Came here to return an online order that gamestop.com said it could be returned here and the manager would not accept it. she was not helpful at all and just told us (sometimes you just lose out)We called another store where they helped us right away.would not recommend this store.

I hate rating this specific GameStop because I want to put a rating on their online orders. We ordered Christmas presents December 11th and is now January 3rd and we have still yet to receive them. When you call their customer care number you get some BS about how they're reviewing our order and we should receive a replacement order in 1 to 3 business days it has now been seven business days I called back and I got the same spiel one to three business days and they are working on replacing our order that you can clearly track and see it was lost in Toledo. The postal worker I have talked to has been more than helpful I order from other big box chains and when something's not delivered I've never had an issue like GameStop has given me.

11 am is the time the store opens according to the sign on their window 10:00 a.m. according to the website yet it is 12:40 p.m. and they are not open

My son had a gift card to spend here so we stopped in. We couldn't really find anything to buy that wasn't a better deal somewhere else. Still have the gift card. The girl working there was very friendly though!

Decided to go buy nba 2k24 for my nephew and showed up at 4:30 at the one in mansfield and the store was closed!?!? Sign on door said taking break will be gone between 4-5. What business randomly shuts down for breaks? Hire more than one person so you can alter breaks. Why do you need a break anyways ?. Gamestop is the biggest scam anyways but drove up the road to bestbuy and they got my business instead
