The store clerks were friendly and will help you find what you want. At checkout they will invite you to join their club but since it wasn't going to save me money on the spot turning their club offer down seemed prudent it's kind of a specialty store with content you can't get anywhere else

My dog was very Ill and vomiting so we called our vet. He was unable to do anything as it was 8pm On a Saturday night. He recommended I go to TSC with the name of the medication to get. I looked at the website that stated hrs were till 9pm. I live 30+ mins away. I arrived to a closed store about 845pm. A gentleman was locking the doors & on his way home. He quickly Apologized for the web site being incorrect. He apparently saw my face or my pajamas after rushing out, and asked me what was wrong. I explained what was happen to my dog and what the vet said. He said, come in I’m going to help you. He unlocked the door and took me to get the medicine! No, he did not have to do this! I’m incredibly thankful to Dave..he was a blessing! I was able to get the medication & he was so helpful with what I needed to do and the dosage. I’m so greatful these people still exist! Thank you thank you Dave from the bottom of my heart! I’ve never been to TCS but will now because of his true generosity will drive the 35 mins to get what ever I need concerning my dogs ! Thank you thank you … A definite restoration in humanity❤️

The new Dog Wash room is so nice. I’m glad there’s a place to take my dog now to groom her instead of waiting for a groomer that’s back logged and doesn’t cost a lot either. Hopefully this will stay for a long long time…..Love it!
