Jason Gusta and Andrew Brown provided prompt and friendly service when we had a flat tire on our way to a softball weekend. Something that could have ruined our weekend and left us stranded, took them 30 minutes to repair and get us back on the road. Thank you!!!

3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation ( rotation was not done)is ridiculous, and the price of $ 211.00 for an oil change and 2 filters changed is absolute robbery. This used to be a good place to go, but now the new management is horrible. The manager wouldn't even look at me as i complaned about the service and price.

$95.00 for a 4 quart oil change here . . Full synthetic or not , they use Valvoline which is priced at $36.99 for 5 quarts and a filter is only around $10. And a $2.50 disposal fee for a filter. 90% markup and $45 of profit. All while taking over an hour almost 1 1/2 hours to do the oil change even with an appointment being had .

I absolutely love this good year :) they are the only people I trust to touch my car.
This review has since been updated as of 2024.
I have moved to Delaware ohio. I always talk about this team. I had gone to discount tire and they tried to screw me over. I have to save up just a bit more and I will be purchasing tires from this good year and driving and hour and 15 minutes to come to this team. This team deserves the utmost rewards and the best good year in America.
I will always be loyal to good year! Best company.

First experience with this place and it wasn’t a good one. Had a 3pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on a fleet vehicle. I writing this review at 5:07 pm and I still don’t have my vehicle. I will not be returning or sending anyone I know here for any reason! Absolutely terrible…. Workers seem disorganized and disoriented and desk worker did not know how to handle a BBL fleet service even though there are supposed to be a verified BBL service location. desk person was in the office with someone for several minutes before even coming to request the keys from me after I had checked in. I will find another service place for my fleet vehicle! Complete waste of time.

I don't know what has happened to Goodyear in the time since I've been there last, however, I would not send a tricycle there for a new front tire. I had a warning code on my dash on a Saturday evening. It was one that I did not know if it was unsafe to drive or not, so I scheduled an appointment with Goodyear as they were the soonest I could get in anywhere. I was told it would be a $90 charge for 1/2 hour of diagnostics, and the price of an oil change which I decided to get since I was due one, anyway. When I picked up my car, they told me they could do nothing about my warning lights; I would have to take it to the dealer. Trusting them with this information, I went home only to have my family ask to see the service report. The service report was suspiciously missing from my $197.00 bill I paid! I want in to pick up the missing information concerning the diagnostics only to find, they WERE able to identify the issue by code number, however did nothing about it. Being in a panic after funding the world's most expensive oil change, and not even fixing the problem I came in for. I drove just the few miles to my dealership and immediately they committed to getting me in the next morning and checking my car. I knew that they normally change a $180 diagnostics fee, however I was desperate to find out if the car was safe to drive. 45 minutes later the wonderful service advisor came out to tell me I was all set to go and that would be NO charge. Apparently, the gas cap was loose and they tightened it and the lights disappeared! He told me that should have been something they automatically checked at Goodyear with the diagnosis from the $90 computer analysis they did (PRM Malfunction - evap leak code)! And, to top it all off, the dealership even washed my car! I will be eternally grateful to these honest and service oriented employees at my dealership, and in ALL future dealings I will taking my car and my pocketbook to them. They personify excellence and care. Unlike Goodyear, who I feel intentionally ripped me off and lied to me. The least they could do is refund my $90 diagnostics charge, however it's been an expensive lesson learned. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I am hoping by writing this review that another unsuspecting woman won't repeat my mistake by entrusting their vehicle to them. The only reason I'm giving it a 1 star is due to very nice new young man who greeted me when I dropped off the car. It's too bad. I used to really like how they took care of me in the past and sent new customers there way.
UPDATE: Ryan, the manager contacted me directly and talked with me about the experience. He apologized, sincerely, and I felt both heard and that he was genuinely concerned about my experience. They put their money where their mouth was and refunded my money for my negative interaction with them and the work they failed to do. I was very impressed with Ryan and hope that in the future, his staff will follow his example of outstanding customer experience. Thank you! You've restored my faith in Goodyear, Ryan.

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews. It took over an hour for a simple oil change and they acted like I "had" to get a certain oil for my vehicle. Also they will try everything in their power to stick a charge to your bill for very meticulous and unimportant things.
